As for the mall itself there's plenty to look at. The location is located close to major highways and there's bus routes. Has a lot of impact on the local economy. It opened in 1971 by the Taubman Company and is now owned by Simon. Has a few main anchors. There's currently JC Penney, Macy's, Nordstrom, and Primark. Has a couple of floors. On the first floor is Ben And Jerry's, Crocs, Express, Hollister, Starbucks, and TCBY. On the top floor is Anthropologie, Auntie Anne's, Eddie Bauer, LEGO Store, Uncle Julio's, and Zumiez among other things. A lot of course has changed. There used to be a Rainforest Cafe and of course there used to be Sears. Got to check it out even though it's not like it used to be. It's located along Golf Road. There's a few times it may be sketchy but people usually aren't violent or whatever.

She wouldn't even take the time to pull up my personal book or my mother in laws, who gifted them to my husband. Also, keep in mind, there are no "rules" when it comes to Nordstroms return policy. She was strictly there to give me a hard time and make me feel like I was doing something wrong. Things only went downhill from there when she called her MIC. A male named Eric I believe? African American with a beard. He came down with a quickness and never made eye contact with me once. The two of them together couldn't make one good manager. I found him to be cowardly and an example of the company's poor onboarding & training. It's not too late to invest in a leadership program, let me know if you're interested. My three items were like-new and only tried on. My husband has a bad habit of washing all his clothes before he wears them. Who yells at a customer! I was having issues with locating my TJX card. The associate asked me to call customer service and see if we could enter the card numbers over the phone. This delayed the store staff at the register but they were still around closing. It wasn't like they didn't have anything left to do. Eureka a staff member yelled at me for delaying them beyond the close time and about not being able to enter the card number when my husband was able to locate and send picture. I told her she could be polite about it and didn't have to yell at me. But she was completely unrepentant and unapologetic of her rude behaviour. She didn't see her rudeness and continued to show me anger with her eyes and her loud voice. There were other staff overlooking and no one interfered. Not even the manager was called. I spend $500 every 2-3 weeks at this store and regret the shopping experience. It was unpleasant and traumatic. read more

This store has the best selection of clothes and jewelry. I have been shopping here for 20+ years and styles have never disappointed me but people have! However, this review is only about a good manager Krishna that has encouraged me to write a review. She is a fabulous manager, very accommodating and customer friendly. No one that has managed this store before has come close to her curtesy and customer service. I hope you keep her in this store for a long time as this is the only TJ Maxx I ever shop at. read more

Clothing and apparel here is superior quality and made for long time wear. Last year, I found a women's belted trench coat here on sale for under $40 and I am sure I will have it for life. I must have been asked several times if I needed help finding anything and the store personnel are always friendly and helpful, without being aggressive. When customer service spoke with this store they lied and said that the Jeans smelled like laundry detergent when they were never even worn or washed. They told me they would take the return as a courtesy because without tags leaves room for speculation, which is extremely insulting to me because it is part of their store policy to accept return without tags. I'm assuming the store was embarrassed that they weren't aware of their own policy and lied saying they smelled like detergent when that wasn't the case at all. Never will return to this gap again. Poor customer service.
