Two stylish but heavy Tahari bookcases that staff promptly brought to my car & helped me load - well done!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE | WELL STAFFED | GREAT SSLECTION! - Thus Homegoods sets the bar high for quality, selection, and most importantly, customer service! Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure the customer had a great experience shopping at the store. Well done Homegoods Schaumburg!

Oh there's no place like Home Goods for the holidays! This Home Goods location always has what I need. And so much more! Although it is often a bit tight to navigate through the aisles with a cart, I can always find some great items at low prices. Check out the gourmet foods! These make nice gift basket adds or unique care packages filled with items like sauces, noodles, seasonings and cookies, chocolate or tea. I love designing my own little comfort basket by making one stop to Home Goods! Thank you to the courteous and helpful employees that make shopping here a great experience. #ThankYouThursday2021

HomeGoods is a great place to find discounted items for the home. This location has a large clearance section near the front of the through and throughout each department. The lines here on the weekend moves pretty quickly. There's a Marshalls on the same strip that is walkable if you can't find what you're looking for here. ....| \ _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ \ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . We come to this location often and are always satisfied with the customer service although on this Wednesday evening team member Karla went above and beyond to assist me and was extremely patient with all my questions. Not only did Karla greet me with a smile, she offered her retail expertise which in return had me purchasing more ! Win/win for the company and myself :) The store was clean, aisle swept, bathroom clean, merchandise stocked. Karla is most definitely a reflection of company standards and holds her position with a positive attitude. We will be back. Thanks Karla and team Home Goods for a great experience #anotherone

This is the place for finding those things you need or think you need and cannot think of where you'd find it. You will also find those items you didn't know you needed as I tell myself to keep to my budget or adjust it as needed. For instance today I needed a gallon sized glass jar with a tight lid and a spigot to dispense contents into bottles. It was just one in stock. Lucky me. Clean and nicely lighted for your exact selection. Fault: the wait in snaking line chain seems to slow the check out process.

Home goods is a terrific spot to pick up some housewares or one-of-a-kind gifts for family and friends. It's difficult to leave with only one item in your hand cause you will definitely buy more. There are a lot of unique items with good quality and lovely designs, so you will be tempted to full more your cart with their products. I went to get plates and glasses the last time I visited and ended up with a whole cart. So, you must bring a large budget when you go shopping here. The checkout procedure went off without a hitch also. The staff are nice and friendly, they are able to entertain their customers well, without problem. So, I will definitely come back here again. And you should too. I even skipped my favorite anime series update to purchase at their establishment! And it's worth the time and money. I just hope they will get more items for me to check out next time.

Excellent Home goods location with vast selection and good clearance items. The customer service is GREAT. One of the employees, went above and beyond on the phone to find an item for me and even remembered me when I came in. Home goods is a great place to grab some stuff for the house or unique gifts for family and loved ones. It's hard to walk out with just 1 item. Last time I went for spoons and left with a full cart. The process at checkout was flawless and smooth. I even skipped a softball game to continue shopping at their store! ha. I hope next time i'm there they are working!!

I like the location of this Home Goods because there are a lot of great stores near here so I can get all my shopping done in the same area. This store has all the same stuff as every other Home Goods so that's not the problem. The down side to this store is that it's really over packed with stuff and not very organized. I also feel like it's a little under staffed. There always seems to be spill over from the shelves to the floor and it's a little hard to navigate through. I also think the flow could be a little better with where things are located in the store for an easier transition. One thing that really frustrates me is that I have found a lot of broken items here which stinks when you like something but it's the last one and it's broken. Other than that I do enjoy coming to this location and have always found what I am looking for. The staff has always been very pleasant as well.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, full price items are not in my budget. Thankfully, there's HomeGoods. A division of the TJ Maxx and Marshals brands that has a grossly expanded on selection of homewares and even furniture at some really fantastic prices. Thanks to HG, I was able to furnish my place with: - Scented candles that would cost an astronomical $32 at any other Yankee candle-selling store, but range anywhere from $3.99-$12.99 here. - Large ceramic stag and gazelle busts to be wall mounted. - A rustic green entryway bench so I don't have to squat to take my shoes off. - A turquoise bank in the shape of an angry hippo (awesome). - A crinkle cat tube - FunkyChunky Chip-Zel-Pop mixed chocolate covered treats on mega discount of $12.99. - Catnip + scratchers in the shape of cradles. Normally $32.00, HG price of $9.99-$14.99. - Fox coffee mug. Impractical the way the ears are placed on the rim, but cute as f*ck and not something I regret purchasing. Thank you, HomeGoods. You've grossly contributed to my house (apartment) becoming a home.

I always find awesome pieces here- large and small and always great quality! If you're looking for something special or to furnish a rental Property quickly and easily this is the spot. They have the largest selection by far, and most of what they accept is in good condition. There's always something interesting in their collection, which at any time has handmade, vintage, collectible, and other unique items alongside more conventional ones. The more desirable vintage and antique items won't be cheap, but they'll be cheaper than at a curated vintage or antique furniture shop. Jubilee isn't a thrift store, and in some cases their prices can be a bit high. Everything is final sale, so there's an element of "buyer beware," like most resale shops. They put the brand name on the price tag if it's a selling point, but not so much for cheaper brands. Once I purchased an item here, and when I got home I found the label and saw it was made in China by a low-end furniture company. I never would have paid as much had I known, so I felt a bit duped. However I still wound up going back as I never found as much furniture I liked anywhere else. And for what it's worth, the item has held up. Most of their service is provided by volunteers, who are nice, but some are more knowledgeable than others. To sum up, it's not perfect, but in a retail landscape where most new furniture is either flimsy "manufactured wood" or ultra-expensive high end brands, Jubilee helps fill an important gap for affordable quality furniture.

I love Marshall's and TJ Maxx and At Home tends to run a little cheaper but the quality is still great. My favorite part is their candle aisle! "At Home" was advertised on Pandora radio during summer. As a homeowner, I wanted to see what this…read moresuperstore was about yet didn't have a chance to do so. Well, I should say I wasn't really eager to travel to a brick-and-mortar store since online shopping for home is more convenient, and often times, cheaper without having to leave the comfort of my own residence. The first impression I had was how similar it was to "HomeGoods," except it was a larger space. There were Christmas trees and decorations near the entrance, three (3) aisles of chairs I saw next, and planters, gardening essentials, poufs and ottomans against the walls. I then spotted some sofas, loveseats, and outdoor furniture toward the back of venue. I then walked through the rug and carpet department. It was quite disorganized. Items were picked over and placed on the floor instead of getting put back on the shelves. Well, this phenomenon was often seen in many retail stores post-holidays or on the weekends. I wasn't shocked, but I knew perhaps the associates and managers there could do a better job on maintaining the best visual. In addition, I noticed some items were damaged or having minor defects. Hubby and I were looking for a planning board with the days of week that we could write on daily activities or meal-prep-related messages. The one we originally wanted to purchase had a broken hook. Fortunately, we spotted another style on the other side. With that being said, conduct detailed quality check before you commit on buying anything at the store. Many tables already had scratches, dents, or uneven legs. I guess we would meet these damaged goods pretty soon at Marshall's, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods with deeper discounts? No se, pero "we shall see!" The trip to "At Home" wasn't exactly a waste, even though I did have to admit the prices weren't exactly the lowest one could find. This is the year of 2018. E-commerce is now the sh*t. Therefore, I would certainly encourage you all to do more web browsing before cruising on the road.

Finally, after nine long months, my furniture has arrived! Yay!…read more I ordered the furniture on New Year's Day 2022, and today was the day. What brought me here was two-fold: the immediate reason is that they had a daybed on clearance and I needed a guest bed; I had been looking for a full-sized daybed since it could serve multiple purposes. In addition, I had been looking at sofas for months and noticed in their catalog a couch with arms that had a pleated arm, which I have not seen before. Usually in couches I see a standard track, sock, or some other similar arm, but I loved the look of the pleat. I had intended to only purchase the daybed, but decided I might as well just get it all. I didn't realize how backlogged they were so it's good I did. The process of ordering was... for me... involved, but others I am certain won't take as long. I wanted to make the perfect choice for me, so I looked at basically every fabric they had. You might think that's hyperbole but I honestly think I did. The only thing I knew I wanted was for it to be very firm and for it to have pleats on the arms. I spent 3-5 hours at the store that day viewing couches, fabrics, deciding on pillow fabrics, and so on. There actually was a big snowstorm that day and they sent a few people home and by the time I left I had to drive like 40 miles per hour home from Glendale Heights to Ravenswood, but Chris (who no longer works there) was very patient and the other folks who work there were great too. I need to get an ottoman for my new couch, and I'd be happy to work with any of these designers. However, my review is a bit mixed, unfortunately. Whilst working with the designers was good and they were very helpful, the delivery wasn't as good. I decided to err on the side of a higher review so that I don't give too much weight to this somewhat small thing, but the delivery was a problem in two ways. One, when I asked the guy if he could lift the daybed slightly so I could adjust the rug that was underneath, he gave me a look like I had called him a slur and grudgingly moved it a tiny bit. His reaction made me not want to ask him for help so I just struggled with it later on my own. Secondly, I noticed when I returned upstairs that they had gotten some sort of brown goo on my brand new (fewer than two and a half weeks) painted walls. I tried washing it off but only got so much. So now I have to correct that, which is really, really annoying.
