Everyone who worked on the project (Mike, PJ, Dustin, Tim...I'm sure I'm missing some folks) were super respectful of our home and awesome to have around. Designers Point Review…read more What a wonderful team!!! I started working with Karen & Dick in the fall of 2024. I wanted to take the time to design and find just the right finishes. I did have very strong ideas that may not be for everyone and Karen was able to adjust her design ethos to mine. So, Karen & Dick worked on design, Ed on construction and Dawna on financials. There are many more aspects of the project and people involved. The entire crew consisted of people who are masters at their craft. They were respectful of our time and our home. We were quoted 6-8 weeks for a full Kitchen remodel. 98% was done in 5 1/2 weeks. The budget was firm and detailed. Any changes made during the project were noted and costs were adjusted. No Surprises! I made the changes and the crew adjusted to the work. Make sure you know what you want. Speak up and they will work with you to find what works best for you.

She came over and took measurements and we discussed the projects I wanted completed. She was in my house for 1.5 hours! I sent her follow up emails with multiple pictures and design ideas I wanted to incorporate. She said she would follow up within 2 weeks. Now, 2 months later- nothing. I have sent follow up emails to the PM, called the PMs cell phone as well as the main business number leaving voicemails. No return calls or emails. Even a short message saying they are too busy to take on new projects would have been well received. Why even come over to my house to NOT give me a quote or follow up with me again?? Will not be working with this company or recommending them to anyone.

Sales and Design Christian is a laying piece of ****. He will tell you all false information to make a sale. He lies on top of lies. Manager Brian is a joke. Is he ever a manager? They can not deliver anywhere close to when promised. Person after person at this store, does not help and the lies make them unbearable to work with. In addition, in 2026 Floor and Decor is working with a new contractor, Installations made easy, Inc. This contractor is part of the problem. The prior contractors from 2025 and prior years were excellent and Floor and Decor changed to this nightmare. WHY? Avoid this nightmare company. They claim they have 50,000-60,000 employees not independent contractors. They have 1000's of supervisors but cannot connect to one. I believe this company is an absentee owner with his airhead daughter working the phones. They know nothing, they can not find anything, and why Floor and Decor does not vet them is unknown. They are a waste of time. Hours spent just having them look up a work order that the girl has no training and does not know what they do. The claim all their installers for plumbing, tile, flooring, counters, etc are their own employees and not independent contractors. I believe they are 100% fly by night, take advantage of the consumer. Avoid them. It also appears they have multiple addresses and phone numbers, the sign of a 100% scam company.

Not a single hello, even as we walked through the entire place and passed another female employee on the sales floor. I had heard of a cabinet line online that offered a high gloss, flat slab, Euro-style kitchen line. I reached out via their website for a quote based on a cabinet layout I had already planned. Pricing seemed in line with other quotes I had gotten, so I went to see the cabinets in person. Unfortunately, that week that line's distributor let the company know they were discontinuing the white high gloss finish. Derek was very transparent about the situation and recommended against buying the cabinets in case anything went wrong, as they'd be hard to replace. He guided me in remaining available lines and what he would and wouldn't recommend. He quoted a framed flat slab cabinet that would work for my needs, and he even pointed me to a local company that he doesn't sell in his store, but knows was the type of cabinet I'd been looking for. Deborah Pernice was our designer; she was able to use her expertise and our vision to design a beautiful, family-friendly kitchen in our 2200 square foot house that has allowed us to host our large family. Deborah went to bat for us in designing and redesigning our floor plan to make us able to knock down a small support wall and add an island so that our kitchen is now completely open to an odd-shaped dining addition that was done by previous owners in an aesthetically-pleasing way. We love our kitchen and all the smart choices Deborah made, such as a stick-vacuum and electronics cabinet, lazy susan, and beautiful lighting options.
