She called again yesterday and was finally told that the screen "got lost in shipment from the manufacturer". IF that is true, why was there no follow up on the order with the manufacturer? They said they could have one made and shipped in 2 weeks. Interesting. We declined because they should have known that the order was 4 weeks late. They have been in business for a very long time so someone dropped the ball and the customer who paid in full 8 weeks ago, shouldn't be chasing down their order. Disappointing R&P C

The store has a wide variety of options to select from for fireplace products and patio sets. They also sell and install other outdoor products (ie. grills, mailboxes etc). It's nice that the store is also open on Sundays. Customer service: The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful without sales pressure which is appreciated. The purchased products are typically delivered very quickly if in stock and they try to order and deliver asap if not in stock. I haven't had any issues with returns if I was not satisfied with the product. I've worked with both Shane and Mike. *We did end up having to exchange a chair as it had a scratch and I wanted some touch up on the table because I saw marks on the table initially. I didn't appreciate the comment "you are being too picky" made by the delivery man. It is just not a comment you'd make to someone that is purchasing pricey furniture. I'm paying more than normal for the furniture so yea there's a reason I'll want the furniture to be in good shape. Costs: The costs may be on the more pricey end but they carry good quality products. The purchases were made within the past 2 years so I'll provide an update if anything changes. I'd recommend this place if you are looking for quality fireplace products or outdoors items in general. We searched online for over a month, visited five or six furniture shops, and even made a special trip to Chicago's Chinatown to try to find something unique. Our greatest setback was the lack of quality in the pieces we saw. My husband stumbled on a local listing for a gorgeous crimson nightstand from M&E that was priced to sell. I love restored furniture and creative vintage flips. We drove thirty minutes to pick up the piece. The owner's inventory was stunning; beautiful and vibrantly colored vintage furniture that was carefully restored. They are extremely open and friendly people who are passionate about what they do. Their prices were more than fair. We were hooked. We asked them to keep us in mind for another nightstand. Not only did they keep in touch, but they found one! They re-did it to our liking and set an appointment for us to come by and get it. Then, my husband spotted another one that he loved more. They graciously offered to repaint it to our liking (at no extra cost, though we offered) and sell us that one instead of the one they had prepared for us. With a generous spirit like that, they should be in business for a long time!

This is a giant warehouse (somewhat) filled with indoor, outdoor, housewares, tchotchkes, etc. If you need an outdoor pot, a plant stand, a side table, towels, glassware, etc., they have it all, and so many kinds it'll make your head spin. There were lots of items on clearance. At Home is filing for bankruptcy and will close stores. Perhaps that is why the store had several areas that were bare. I don't know if this is one of the locations that will close, but they shoulda had their Halloween stuff out. I will drive anywhere, spend anything, if it means cool Halloween stuff.

Donna was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She gave practical advice, and spent a long time looking through upholstery samples with us. We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results. The colors are stunning, and great care was taken to line up the complex pattern of the upholstery with the tufting. Excellent service and excellent results. We will be back with future products.
