Parts of the order were defective and uninstallable as delivered. They would not assist or replace the defective parts. Incredibly, my power switch is defective, so the unit won't turn on and is not useable. I paid over $30,000.00 for it. The company rep. refuses to replace the part under warranty. The saunas they sell are good quality units, but the company is the WORST. BEWARE!!! Buy from someone else who will stand behid their product. This one will result in a lawsuit. Too bad. It shouldn't have to come to that.
