Karol and his team were incredibly detailed from beginning to end. Karol is responsive, professional and considerate at every step of the project. The end result was impeccable (see pictures). We will have Karol and his team at Perfect Granite finish our bathroom and other rooms. We highly recommend Karol without reservation.

End customers coming here expecting on-the-spot customer service and attention, or even Home Depot 'warehouse customer service' are looking in the wrong place. This is not a retail location. Dollar-for-dollar the cabinets are much better than what you can get at the big box stores. The cases are made from plywood on all sides (versus composition board for most off-the-shelf cabinets), have sturdier drawer glides, and have better hinges. Yes, they're made in China. So are your Apple iPhones. As a contractor, this is just the type of place I'm looking for. Phone in an order based on their catalog, pay with credit card over the phone, and get delivery in a few days for a reasonable price.

Called the day prior to understand their process and if an appointment is needed, which was confirmed is not. We went to specifically select tile, but was open to view counter material in stock and if we liked something else from what we already picked somewhere else. Walking in, the woman at the front desk "greeting" you, doesn't look up or at you when speaking, rambles off where to find which kind of tile, while continue working on whatever engaged her more than potential customers. We came prepared with cabinet samples and ideas and started browsing around for nearly 15 minutes. Not once, did anyone come by to ask if we need help finding anything or if we have questions. I went to the front desk to inquire about a tile I liked on their website to see if they have it in-store to view. Again, the front desk representative, continued working on whatever was more important, without looking at me, and "explained" where I could find it. When I repeated the location back to her, she spoke over her shoulder without making eye contact, and said "It's somewhere between the 3rd and 4th rack; just look, you'll see it." We decided in that moment, that we'd prefer to NOT buy tile here. To the Management - the people you employ, represent you and your company. Either, training is lacking, or your employees do not value your customers in the same way you do. To the Front Desk employee - when you have a job, that is customer-facing, you need to be engaging and actually look them in the eye when speaking to them. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, you are in the wrong position, and need to apply for something that's at a desk, where you only interact with a computer.

They completed the job in approximately 5 1/2 hours including cleanup. Their craftsmanship was superb, and yes, we are very pleased with our new countertops. Not so our communication with Artistic's sales rep. She was outwardly friendly and polite, but it typically took her several days to respond to messages. Her confusion about some of our questions made us wonder whether she understood much about fabrication and installation. Also, we found her guidance to be misleading. She convinced us to replace our old overmount porcelain sink with a new stainless steel undermount sink. Which might have been okay, except my Missus made a point of saying that she wanted enough space between the sink and backsplash to accommodate two accessory trays. Not only did we end up with a smaller sink but also less counter space than before! In retrospect, a rectangular sink (though more costly) would have been a better choice than what was installed. Since we were past the point of no return, we asked if they would at least move the soap dispenser to provide more usable space. To make a long story short, nearly 4 months following our initial visit to their showroom, a worker finally came out to make the adjustment. He assured us he would return the next week to complete the job by filling in the original hole with a like material. We never heard from him again and there has been no response to our text messages.

I have now used them for a second rehabbed house as well and they still prove to be the least…read moreexpensive cabinets out there. (The employee that was difficult to work with in my other review was replaced, so no more issues there.) The cabinets, even though inexpensive, still feature the soft close option and a decent amount of cabinet front options. I leave it at 4 stars because I worry the strength of the drawer bottoms...we are keeping the kitchen empty until we sell, so I haven't been able to test them out with heavy dishes, but hopefully they will hold up for the next owner. Also these cabinets don't have the sides pre-finished so you get skins to install. The skins that were given were extremely warped and even laying them flat for a week with heavy items on top did not flatten them out. My contractor still installed them and had to use strong adhesive to help hold them on. I did have some clips missing again on the drawers and had to return something, but there was no problem with getting that resolved. What is great though, is they offer a discount if you buy cabinets and countertops together and the kitchen sinks are included with the counter purchase. They also sell drawer pulls/knobs and faucets. Their showroom is always changing to keep up with the trending styles. Their lead time is quick, so if you are in a rush to get your project done, check them out. The granite installations were very professional and they were quick. I ended up getting a waterfall edge on the peninsula and it turned out great! This second kitchen is done and now just ordered the master bath vanity. Can't wait to see it in place!

During installation they broke a towel ring in my bathroom and wouldn't admit to doing so nor did anything about it. If the issues stopped there, it wouldn't have been ok but they didn't. I discovered after the first use that there was a leak coming through my ceiling below the new shower into my master closet. Upon sending out their plumber he discovered the drain wasn't properly installed, causing the leak. I then discovered the bezel around the faucet handle could be spun as it wasn't tightened down and the caulking around the outside of the new unit was horrible. They sent our a worker to address the bezel, caulking and to patch my closet ceiling. The bezel and caulking were addressed fine but the next morning the completed ceiling patch had cracked and started to peal. It looked worse than when they started. They again sent a worker out to address the patching who completed the work but didn't sand any of the edges, showing exactly were the join compound was applied - horrible. So he reapplied another coat of joint compound but it was the end of the day on Friday and needed to let it dry. Over the weekend I finished the job myself so I could put everything back into my walk-in master closet. Although the installation was riddled with errors and highly frustrating, the job was eventually finished (with help from myself) and I do have a working shower. I spoke with the GM, Sam, at length who apologized and owned the mistakes and disappointing installation experience. In the end, they did make everything right.

I would not recommend Jake or renuity bath to anybody.

We liked what we heard and the vision they gave. Jeff P was our project manager and Dove was our decorator. We love our kitchen and they were great to work with. In fact, we loved the kitchen so much that we hired them to gut our family room and redo that the following year. PERFECTION! Chris Hilgers was our Project Manager (great guy) and Dove was back with us on this project. So, now that those 2 rooms were new and amazing, the flooring in the living/dining room needed to be the same and the carpet on the stairs and upstairs landing needed to be replaced to match. So, a year later we started that project and we were fortunate to work with Tammy and Sean. Tammy got everything ordered and Sean (so personable) implemented everything to again-PERFECTION! The one thing that stands out with this place are the workers. Every single person we dealt with was great. From the kitchen remodel-Jeff P, Dove, Will, Chris G, Tommy etc, to the family room- Chris H, Dove, Tommy, Will, Chris G and then to our Living/Dining/Stairs-Sean, and Tammy they worked hard to please us. John, the owner, got us started on each project, which was a nice touch. I hope I didn't forget anyone! So, if you are thinking of remodeling, OHI should be on your list of consideration. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.
