Simion, Marius and their team did a phenomenal job with our flooring project! We had an old tile floor that needed to go, with some concerns around the state of the subfloor. As first time homeowners we had a lot of questions about the whole process, fortunately for us Marius was very patient and knowledgeable as he walked us through all the details. We knew we wanted LVP flooring, and the team gave us a great recommendation of a manufacturer and style that matched exactly what we were looking for. We absolutely love the finished product and the great experience we had working with the Simion Flooring team. read more

I highly recommend this company. Very responsive, texted back promptly, showed up on time, as promised. VERY honest. We did not know much about the floor in the condo we moved into, and were prepared to have work done that was not needed, and would have been very expensive. He made the long drive to come see our floor and then after listening to the look we wanted, let us know that NO work NEEDED to be done whatsoever. Wow, you seldom get someone with that kind of integrity in this day and age. I sure hope I know of others who need flooring work done so that I can recommend Simion Flooring. read more

I cannot say enough positive things--they did a great job replacing the old flooring and rebuilding the stairs in our century-old house, provided advice on how to maintain it, and even fixed a couple things that they didn't have to. I recommend them without hesitation. read more

From start (the quote) to finish (installation), these guys were incredible. They started yesterday and finished today. 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, hall, and foyer and it looks amazing. The time they took to do all the cuts around various pieces of molding to putting in the transition strips, these guys were 100% professional, friendly, and most of all, take pride in the quality work they do. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are even considering new flooring, give them a call, have Mr. Simion come out with his samples and give you a quote. For what we got, the price was amazing. read more

We had a water leak behind our shower and we ended up having to cut into the floor. We didn't know if there was any way to repair it without having to re-do the whole thing. Mr. Simion works with his son and they are very responsive, skillful, quick, and professional. We are so happy with the repair, and how our room turned out. It looks even better than we imagined. read more

What started as a catastrophe was made into a blessing thanks to Simion flooring and their team. A pipe burst on our first floor flooding the entirety of the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and just most of the first floor. I had no idea how to deal with the water damage or where to begin figuring out how to replace the floor. Calling around people were not helpful. I spoke with Marius and he came fairly soon to assess the damage and help get rid of the flooring. From there he worked with me and my wife on what our options were to repair the damage and replace what was needed of the floor. He was thorough and patient with us (we had lots of questions) and we were happy that really soon after his quote the work was started. He did also give us the best of 3 quotes for the job. Due to our current WFH restrictions I was at home with my wife and small children during the entire project. The Simion team were so thoughtful about how they worked everyday, making sure that key areas were done so we could use the house, and every day the areas were cleaned and made useable while work was finishing up. They were really just a nice group of people to have working on the house. I was given regular updates as the project progressed. We are very happy with the floor and all the work that was done. They really went above and beyond. A couple days after leaving Marius called us to follow up and make sure there were no remaining questions. Honestly I wish I could hire them for all my projects I will eventually have to do around the house. read more

I want to recommend these guys highly. Simion answerd my call immediately, came to see the job right away, understood exactly what I wanted done AND gave me a GREAT price. Even though I had to postpone the floor work due to other construction issues, when I was ready he showed up with his guys and did a great job for the same price which fit my small budget!. I am a wood finisher myself and was not expecting the old floors to look as beautiful as they do. Very pleased! He made the floor look brand new without anY sanding or dust which is what I had requested. Other companies insisted on sanding and did not respect my plan for the unit nor my budget limitations. I will call him again definitely! read more

We have nothing to say but great things about Simion Flooring and the amazing job they did resurfacing our den hardwood floor. Simion is very personable, acts with extreme integrity and all our discussions were open and honest. Pricing was reasonable and Simion worked with us as necessary to reschedule due to inclement weather, which would have affected us both. He was timely in all his responses, provided a fair quote for the work and Simion and his team showed up on time each and every day. They completed the job on time and took great pains to protect our belongings. They even put-up plastic to help keep the smell of the floor coating away from other areas of the house. This is a family business and everybody we met were kind, personable and gracious - the type of family business you want to succeed. From my discussions with them, they do large and small jobs on both install and refurbishment. I wholeheartedly endorse them and would not hesitate to do another project with them. read more

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Simion. We hired Simion for a large project involving removing carpeting in roughly half our house and installing hardwood in its place. The entire process was smooth, positive, and professional. We chose Simion based on our gut instinct that we were in the hands of someone trustworthy and hard working, and we were right. Simion is a sincere man of his word. He was always there when he said he would be, walked us through the timeline, scope of the project, scheduling of payments, and even helped us to pick out the wood for our house. Any little problem that arose on the job was explained, and we were given options for solving it. Communication was straight-forward and readily available. It isn't always easy having people in your house for an extended period of time, but Simion and his team were neat and respectful, quiet considering the noise that comes with hardwood installation, and warm people to know. We are very pleased with the outcome of our flooring and it's comforting to know that if anything comes up, we have a reliable person to call. read more
