I feel that they should be kept in same categories and have larger labeling or signs identifying the different types and/or uses. For example; walls and floors, walls only, porcelain/ceramic, etc. It also took a while for someone to check if we needed assistance for choices and placing an order. An employee named, Daniel, was called over to help us. He provided assistance for figuring out the amount of each item we needed based on the information we received from our contractor to complete our project. There's Curbside pickup here too, but people kept honking atthe guy parked at curbside, because it's completely in the way of main traffic flow and should be moved to nearby parking spots. We we looking for a custom size sectional for our family room (because we had limited space to work with) and Crest provided us with a large variety of styles to choose from, which I loved, because I'm super picky about what I spend my money on. Bill was great at answering all of our questions and providing us with options and prices. We were able to select the sectional/cushion size, arm style, fabric (for couch and pillows), cushion firmness, leg style, style of back pillows, etc. It was great having all of these options to choose from and their floor samples gave us an idea of what we were ordering. Crest also has a huge variety of fabrics to choose from, so we were able to pick something durable and kid friendly. Since it was a custom order, I made sure to triple-check our invoice and confirm product ID's before paying, to make sure that all of our customizations were listed out correctly, and they were (Thanks, Bill!). Bill also called us a few times to update us on our delivery date. Very anticipated delivery date came, right before Christmas (as promised), delivery guys called before delivery to confirm time, they were also super fast and set up the sectional in under 10 minutes. We LOVE our new sectional! It was EXACTLY what we had ordered and it fits PERFECTLY into our space.

He was helpful in letting us just pick another couch and even covered the minor difference in price but we would no longer have a warranty and wouldn't be able to buy a new one for the replacement couch. About a year down the road all the pillows are barely cushioned, the couch is sinking in and the back pillows are starting to detach from the frame. I would avoid this place if possible.
