    Eggplant meatballs.

The establishment has a good vibe and isn't too loud so you can enjoy a dinner conversation. My girlfriend and I could tell that someone must have called out because the wait staff seemed to be rushing everywhere. However, our server, Devin, was extremely helpful with drinks and dishes and took great care of us. The specialty cocktails were perfect and I highly recommend the gin-based El Toro. We were disappointed that the margarita flight isn't offered on weekends. We ordered several small plates, which great portions. Although we enjoyed the food, especially the salmon tartare, spinach and gouda, loaded pierogies, and octopus, the eggplant meatballs were like wet breading. Our flourless chocolate cake was much like a lava cake and it was fantastic. We look forward to returning to check out some other offerings!

We had a great brunch at Tapas on Main. We planned to choose a restaurant week pri fixe but arrived too early. Undeterred, we ordered tapas and brunch. The food was excellent. The service was courteous and kind. The restaurant is comfortable and well-appointed. I have always enjoyed my meals there.

Went for dinner with my parents. Not super impressing for the price point. I would rate the overall experience a 6/10. My favorite were the croquettes. If you are looking for a fancy spot to do a big group dinner with shareables this is your spot! I would probably try it again!

The restaurant was dimly lit and gave off cozy + chic vibes for dinner. Our waiter was very attentive to us and gave us recommendations since it was some of our first times there. We made a reservation the day of with no problem and were seated promptly upon arrival. Burrata: 3/5 you can't really mess up a Burrata dish but the dish was lacking flavor. It literally tasted like they just three raw tomato and olives together, cut up some bread and added Burrata in the middle hoping that the Burrata would carry the dish. French fries: 4/5 if they sprinkled some salt on these fries it would prob add more dimension to the dish Paella: 2/5 this dish was lacking flavor so the price was not justified in my opinion. The clams and mussels had no flavor and tasted like they were boiled in plain water. The rice was plain despite being mixed in with other plain tasting seafood. It looked amazing presentation 10/10 but the flavor was not there Pork belly: 2/5 the picture may be too dark to tell but the pork belly was so dry because it was over cooked. The red pepper jam was a good addition but did not compensate for how dry the pork belly was.

Tapas is one of the many restaurants located on Main Street in Bethlehem. If you're in the area, and looking for authentic Spanish food, this is definitely the place to go. They have everything from charcuterie boards, too salads and flatbreads, too tapas and paella. Whatever you're in the mood for, everything is good! My last few visits have been superb. Good food. Great service. Excellent sangria! Tapas has indoor/outdoor seating. Curbside pickup and no-contact delivery are both available. Took a ride to Bethlehem Pa and ended up here for dinner. Service was very good and very friendly. We had a beer salad that was good and beef tips as appetizers. The beef tips were cooked too much and came out well done. Very hard to even chew. Flavor was a bit blah. Portions are plentiful but overall the food is mediocre at best. One and done for us.

We walked right in at around 5 PM and we were seated immediately. It was pretty empty at the time but filled up within 30 minutes. The food came out fast and everything was delicious. I really liked the crêpes and the salmon. It was very lively overall highly recommend.

    Very good eatery and sangrias.

Tapas on Main was a very pleasant eatery. It is nicely located on the very corner of busy Main Street and diagonally from the historic Bethlehem Hotel. The restaurant has a large indoor seating area, as well as a few outdoor tables. The bar is long and the restaurant has very nice decor..... especially the lighted walls. We sat at the high stool area, across from the bar, and it was perfect. The volume of the music that was playing (Gypsy Kings, Marc Anthony, Spanish instrumental) was at an optimal volume and appreciated. We started with red sangria. They were served in mason jars, had plenty of fruit, and were VERY STRONG..... wow. Our Beef Albondigas(Meatballs) appetizer was delicious. The ramesco sauce, almonds, and manchego cheese made this a great choice. We shared the Grilled Salmon and it was flavorful. The vegetable crab risotto was exquisite and the creamy crab sauce on the salmon added a savory addition to the entree. I highly recommend Tapas on Main for a drink or a memorable meal.

Overall, the bill wasn't too expensive either. However, the ambience is majorly lacking for how cool the historical building looks from outside. That was a big let down after years of seeing this in passing. It feels too much like a 90s coffee shop from Friends / a poorly converted modern bank lobby with the lighting, and the floor layout lacks flow if you're sitting at the bar. It would be an improvement to see historic qualities restored to the interior, rather than bland sheet rocking, no crown molding, etc. Aside from this, we found the music to be a very distracting and random selection of early 2000s dance, pop, EDM, emo, and rock, mixed with the occasional alt rock hit that was (finally) tolerable enough to fade into the background. The room is vacuous because of the high ceilings and hard building materials, so turning the volume down a little and choosing something consistent in tone (perhaps neo soul or just sticking to alt rock) would be beneficial for the overall atmosphere. Bottom line: would return again for the food, but the atmosphere wasn't what we expected and could be improved for a cozier, vintage styled atmosphere (but that's mostly a matter of preference). Friendly service, affordable prices, and good eats go a long way.

We started with tender, well-seasoned beef skewers, crispy buffalo wings over blue cheese, and perfectly cooked roasted cauliflower paired with a tasty tzatziki sauce and pickled onion. For my entree, I ordered the maple-glazed short rib. It was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and came with creamy sweet potato puree and roasted shallots. My friends and I started with the crispy dim sum (chicken), essentially crispy chicken dumplings, served with a sweet-spicy Thai chili sauce and savory soy sauce. Next, we tried the crispy calamari, lightly crisp and tender, with medium-sized rings served alongside romaine and baby arugula, red pepper, ginger-sriracha dressing, and fried capers. For my entrée I went with the Thai Chicken Curry, prepared with tender chicken, fingerling potatoes, cauliflower, scallions, cilantro, and red pepper in a rich, creamy coconut milk broth. The steamed jasmine rice soaked up the sauce beautifully, making this an entrée I absolutely loved. My friend had the Farfalle Pasta, composed of roasted chicken breast, sautéed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke, lemon beurre blanc, grana, and crispy prosciutto. It's not something I would ever order, but it looked great and she really liked it. My other friend had sautéed Angus beef with sugar snap peas and hoisin jus, as well as the seasonal flatbread, which happened to be a spicy margarita. The beef was juicy, and the flatbread had a nice crisp to the crust. He enjoyed them both. From the appetizers to the entrées, everything at Edge was wonderful. It's definitely a place I'd return to for both the food and the atmosphere.

They used to have a second location that closed, but honestly, it doesn't even matter because this one was always my favorite, the food here is on another level. We always start with the Brussels sprouts, the fried green tomatoes, or the hush puppies. You simply cannot go wrong with any of them. The appetizers are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. And then there's the mac and cheese... absolutely to die for. Even the children's mac and cheese is ridiculously good. Creamy, cheesy, comforting, exactly how mac and cheese should be. Their salads deserve their own shoutout too. The goat cheese salad with pickled eggs is perfection, and the Caesar with cornbread croutons? Genius. It's the kind of detail you don't expect but end up craving every time you think about it. But of course, the real star of the entire place is the cornbread. Truly heavenly. We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for our entrees, even though the restaurant had basically emptied out by then. When the food finally arrived, some dishes were cold and others were dried out from sitting under a heat lamp. For a place charging these prices, this is unacceptable. What made the experience worse was management's complete lack of accountability. The GM never came over to apologize, acknowledge the delay, or offer any form of compensation, nothing, despite us being patient, polite, and spending over $400. At that price point, basic service recovery should not be optional. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. There's clearly a reason reservations were easy to get during the height of the Christmas season. We will not be returning.
