Met up with a few friends here during the week for dinner and drinks. We had reservations and were seated upon arrival. The decor and lighting were super cute and definitely make for a good picture backdrop. The music was a good mix. It was loud enough to hear and be a vibe but you are still able to hear the person at your table speak. I ordered a lychee martini which was well made. For dinner I ordered the salmon and mashed potatoes which were also good. I'd return.

House special

The food was good and the server was very attentive. The atmosphere is casual. Just a heads-up--they automatically add a 20% tip to the bill

Liked this place a lot! The decor is great. Food was really good. And my favorite was their fun and delicious cocktails. The only thing i would say is that I felt we were a bit rushed. The food came out so quick that we didn't even get half way through our apps before the entrees came out. But overall enjoyed dining here and would definitely come back.

I had dinner at Tango Steak on a Saturday for a birthday party. It was pretty empty when we arrived for the 7pm reservation. We were welcomed and seated quickly. The decor is really modern and chic. I love the little photo op in the back with the neon sign! Super cute. There was even a girl who runs social media who took photos with her camera of the birthday girl and I. She even sent them to us after she uploaded them! We ordered drinks first and I wasn't in a big drinking mood so I only had the mojito. I wish it was more flavorful. The rest of the table tried their white and red sangria. They preferred the red sangria. We also ordered appetizers. We got the calamari, pulpo a la parrilla, and empanadas. I only had the empanadas since I'm not a seafood fan and they were delicious! For our entrees we mostly all ordered the steak except for the birthday girl who ordered seafood fettucine. She really liked it and is mostly all of it! The rest of us were surprised by how big our steak portion was. I had to take the rest as leftover. It was really good and had a lot of flavor. I really liked the mashed potatoes. To complete the meal I tried their lava cake. It wasn't very lava-y. It was mostly just a chocolate cake but it was good. The prices were pretty normal for a birthday dinner (around $100 pp). I would come back!

Loved this cute little steakhouse! I've heard great things about Argentinian cuisine and was excited to try it out with an American twist on it. The service was great everyone was very kind and attentive! I had the capirinha and paella both delicious options. We also had the lava cake which was kinda as expected. Excited to go back and possibly sit by the patio but I would highly recommend for a date night.

This wasn't the first time that I've come to Tango Steak, and I was not disappointed. The last time I was here, was prior to the most recent renovation. They did a fantastic job modernizing the interior. Additionally this location offers valet, free of charge. I came here with a friend on a Friday night as a walk-in and there was no issue getting seated right away. For drinks we began with their champagne bathtub - it was delicious and this was the most unique drink I think I've ever had, in terms of presentation. For food, we started off the evening with the empanadas, for our appetizer. There's a choice of 4 different types you can choose from, we elected to try the chicken, beef and ham&cheese. But you could do 3 of the same kind, if you wanted to. For our entrees, we both elected to get the Tango Burger. The burger simply melts in your mouth. The patty itself is a combination of brisket and short rib, topped with Muenster cheese. My oh my, this is a must try!! We ended the evening with a round of espresso martinis; these were well made with THE perfect coloring. Hats off to the bartender!

(So here's another...!) YUMMMM!

Tango Steak is an amazing place... POINT BLANK! The decor, vibe, menu and service are what makes it great, and the FOOD is what makes it amazing. Sangria -- Awesome! Baked empanadas -- Delicious! Octopus -- Best I've had since being in Venice 6 years ago! Cordon Bleu -- Scrumptious! Seafood Paella -- Taste that almost impossibly matched how beautiful its presentation was!!! The only area I saw for improvement in this place was the overstressed small parking lot, but their diligent valets make it work. TREAT YOURSELF!!!

Food and service were 10/10. Even the valet guy was super attentive. We will definitely be back soon!

This spot was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing. I had empanadas, Lobster spaghetti and they were delicious. Also I can't forger the service as they were friendly and very accommodating. They recommended a few drinks to try and if I did not like it, another recommendation was suggested. Ambience was nice and very photo friendly, especially they tub that had bottle of champagne near them. Definitely a nice place to eat at and I am looking forward to coming back here to try other dishes.

Wish these were fried instead of baked. It would have tasted better.

Food and atmosphere were really good. Not much to complain about. Service was great as well.

I think we were the wrong audience for this spot but nevertheless as someone familiar with spots like this I expected more. I visited with my family right as they opened on a Sunday. None of us were aware of their weekend Brunch and we were very much in for a shock. Being the only patrons we didn't foresee the loud club music that was playing when we walked in to continue for our entire visit, but it did. I understood the rationale for having music blasting to be ready for the Brunch crowd but I did feel like the room could've been better read for the clientele that was actually inside. Even so, I felt I wouldn't even be comfortable attending for brunch as you couldn't hear the person next to you. We ordered empanadas, lobster spaghetti and some chicken pasta entree. The service, was friendly but nothing special. Overall, we didn't feel the food lived up to the hype of the spot. It has a great online presence but I don't feel like it delivered in experience. I'm definitely curious about the cocktails but don't know if I'd be looking to try this spot again.

One of my friends and I got together for brunch. When I arrived I parked in their private lot. I walked into a super cute restaurant. Ella was our server and she was great. Also, Jared helped and he was awesome too. I started with the red sangria and it was very tasty. I then got the chicken sandwich for my meal and it took a while to come out with my friend's red snapper. When my chicken sandwich came out it was drenched with cheese and it didn't say that on the menu. I was kind of turned off especially since it took a while to come out so didn't want anything at that point. Elle and Jared made it right by getting me a drink and an appetizer. I so appreciated that. My friend enjoyed her red snapper. I enjoyed the shrimp appetizer. The atmosphere, drinks, and service were really good. I would return.

Small but mighty best fits this restaurant's description. From outside it doesn't look like much but inside will make you feel glamorous. From great music, awesome ambiance to comfortable velvety seats. Went for GNO and couldn't be happier. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. From drinks, appetizers, entree all the way to dessert. Friendly and knowledgeable service. We ordered empanadas and calamari for appetizer. Four different steaks for entree

My date I think I'll keep him lol

You don't have to bring wine right? like you can bring your own beer too?

Yes! Any alcohol. I've seen patrons bring scotch and tequila too!

There is a good selection of premium sakes, Japanese whiskies and craft beers, and a small menu of well-executed Japanese dishes. This is a cozy and authentic spot for a date or if you want to have sophisticated drinks. There are no cocktails per se but they do make a good highball using premium whiskey. I recommend checking this place out soon before word spreads.

Drinks were reasonably priced but the whole experience falls apart at the bar. I went here on a Thursday night, and was floored by how terrible the bartenders were. There were two of them working, and I would say the place was just minorly crowded. It literally took about 10-15 minutes for the bartender to even ask me what I wanted (A beer and a simple mixed drink). He then proceeded to walk away inbetween each step of service... giving me the beer, putting ice in my glass, pouring my liquor, and then the mixer. Then when he was done, I waited a bit longer for him to allow me to pay. I was also surrounded by a group of others who were just standing around trying to close out their tabs (a process which involves the bartender giving the card to their manager who takes it back into the kitchen to run the card... which I'm sorry but is completely inefficient and takes too long and just looks shady). I left after my second drink because I could have fermented the vodka myself before getting served a third time. It's a shame because the space is well done and the music was, in my opinion, really good.

The variety of cocktails look amazing. Based on guest that joined me, the straight drinks are for sure better option if you enjoyed them on the less sweeter and stronger side. The pasta was very creamy and enjoyed the flavor. As someone who loves steak and is picky with how I receive it, I had ordered a porterhouse Medium Rare, the first one we received was overcooked to medium well and our server second guessed me when I brought it to attention. He had to call over another worker to double check and we had to ask once again if we were able to get it redone to our liking before even getting it replaced right away. The second porterhouse we received was done correctly and was seasoned well and had enough fat to make it buttery and melty. Espresso Martini was made well and for Whiskey Sours, if you like them on the smokier side, I would recommend it. All in all, we enjoyed all the food but the only set back for us was that we had to wait a little longer for our steak which we wanted to pair with our pasta. By the time it came out correctly, our pasta was already cold.

We arrived right when they opened (perfect timing, especially with a snowstorm expected later that day), so the restaurant was still quiet. The space has a modern, upscale vibe that definitely feels suited for special occasions. It's located on a busy street, and while they do offer valet, we lucked out with free street parking since it was early. They offer a prix fixe brunch for $39 per person, which includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. It's a good way to experience the restaurant without committing to a full dinner price point--but be aware that quite a few items come with upcharges, and drinks are not included, so the bill can climb quickly. I do have a gluten allergy, and I was honestly surprised by how limited the gluten-free options were for a restaurant of this caliber. That said, I made it work: I started with a Bellini, had the sizzling slab of bacon as my appetizer, the recovery burger (no bun sub roasted potatoes as a side) as my main, and finished with the salted caramel gelato. Everything I had was enjoyable, but I would have appreciated more flexibility in the menu. The rest of the group (no dietary restrictions) had more variety to choose from and really enjoyed their meals, which is always a good sign. Service was attentive without being overbearing--likely helped by the fact that it wasn't too crowded yet--so we were able to relax and actually enjoy conversation, which made the celebration feel special. The restaurant also has a private back room that looks great for parties, plus a downstairs lounge area, which adds to its appeal as an event space. Overall, for me it's definitely more of a special occasion spot, and while the pricing is on the higher side for what you get, brunch feels like the best way to experience it. I'd come back again--but probably stick to brunch.
