Had a good experience here. My friends and I stopped by for drinks and small bites and were seated right away. We went around 9/10 pm on a weekday. We ordered a few drinks and I ordered some mozzarella sticks and sweet potato fries which was delicious. The ambiance was great and lively and there was a DJ who played great music. There is street parking which is good. I would go back again!

If you want what looks like an NYC spot right here in Hackensack, this is your place! Great vibes, lighting, and fun DJ on Friday night! Such a cool scene to people watch and dance to the music. Loved my White Lotus cocktail with lychee and coconut. Yum!

Went here with some friends last weekend and had a really good time. Drinks are strong and tasty, food was actually way better then I expected for a bar. Staff was super nice and service was fast even tho it was pretty packed. The music and vibe were fun, def feels like a good spot for date night or just hanging with friends. They stay open till 2am which is great. Make sure to go on one of their DJ nights, its a whole vibe.

Went for dinner with my family on a Thursday night around 6:30pm. I realized as we entered the restaurant that I was here a couple of years ago when it was Aura. I'm very happy that it's under new management. It mostly looks the same but with a ton of TV's so no matter where you are sitting you can see the game. And they switched out most of the tables for high tops which I really like. The food menu is pretty standard for a sports bar with a couple of goodies thrown in, and they have happy hour specials. Our food came out pretty quick and everything was delicious. We had absolutely no complaints. There is street parking available on Main Street. I would definitely come back to enjoy a game and their yummy food.

Good food and drinks! Service was pretty quick considering we went during the love island reunion and the restaurant was pretty full for a Monday night! Good vibes and they had a dj!

A new find.... deliciously different! James' suggestion!

We had a GREAT time! The name piqued our curiosity. We've been hoping for a good Whiskey bar to come to No.NJ. We were greeted cheerfully - asking if we wanted to sit at the bar or a table - Bar, of course . We were then quickly greeted by Jessica, the Bartender who was friendly and attentive. We asked her for a brand not at the bar & she happily went over to the GM, James, to ask if maybe the bottle was not yet on display (they opened May 23rd)... they didn't and made a recommendation of one in stock. James came over and shared great knowledge us and suggested brands & flavors we had not ever tried. We did not try the food (had big lunch beforehand) but will return for their great Happy Hours! We enjoyed a great experience - they will continue to get better & better - check it out!

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Music sucks, service is slow, drinks are VERY watered down, and the security guard is wildly rude.

Went there randomly on a Friday night and they didn't really have tables available but the hostess and guard tried to accommodate us right away.

There is a good selection of premium sakes, Japanese whiskies and craft beers, and a small menu of well-executed Japanese dishes. This is a cozy and authentic spot for a date or if you want to have sophisticated drinks. There are no cocktails per se but they do make a good highball using premium whiskey. I recommend checking this place out soon before word spreads.

Drinks were reasonably priced but the whole experience falls apart at the bar. I went here on a Thursday night, and was floored by how terrible the bartenders were. There were two of them working, and I would say the place was just minorly crowded. It literally took about 10-15 minutes for the bartender to even ask me what I wanted (A beer and a simple mixed drink). He then proceeded to walk away inbetween each step of service... giving me the beer, putting ice in my glass, pouring my liquor, and then the mixer. Then when he was done, I waited a bit longer for him to allow me to pay. I was also surrounded by a group of others who were just standing around trying to close out their tabs (a process which involves the bartender giving the card to their manager who takes it back into the kitchen to run the card... which I'm sorry but is completely inefficient and takes too long and just looks shady). I left after my second drink because I could have fermented the vodka myself before getting served a third time. It's a shame because the space is well done and the music was, in my opinion, really good.

Located in a strip mall (what ISN'T in a strip mall anymore), this little gem is a unicorn. Beautifully lit and decorated, it is understated with a warm cozy vibe with a Latin slant. The menu is short and sweet. I can only comment on the dishes we devoured,, but if those are any indication of the rest of the menu, graze away. The Chicharrons were perfect: tender pork belly w an epic fatty crunch on a slick of garlic aioli. Wings. A huge plate (so seldom seen anymore) w Thai Chili glaze. There are other choices. Balanced and meaty. We should've ordered them uber- crispy, but we know for next time. Delightful. The Cheese Quesadilla was oh-so-cheesy and excellent. We split a burger and it was perfectly stacked and rare and juicy. The fries weren't an afterthought. They were crispy and hot and well-seasoned. Get the Parmigiana Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Oomph, so good. Cocktails are thoughtful. Had the bourbon something on the special menu that sung. The list of Ales offer something for everyone. Carolina was our server and my thanks for recommending that cocktail. Was she reading my diary??? Go. Enjoy. And revel in a little place that should be nestled somewhere in the West Village, but luckily it's here, minus the tolls to NYC. Tip and tip well. We will be back.

Thanks…read moreto my good friend Eloy, a superstar Yelp Elite, who organized a meetup with few other Elites at Feathers. He also told us about the parking lot across the club where everyone parks conveniently to visit the club. We went to the club around 11pm, cover was $10 per person. The security at the door was impressive as the security personnel checked our IDs and had metal detector. Upon entering, we saw the club had free for guests to celebrate their 47th anniversary. The club had two floors. Both floor had bars and separate DJs jamming. First floor was more for hangout and gossip. Second floor had the larger dance floor where most people were partying. The DJ on second floor had some really good bits, but at times some dull ones too. There was also security personnel on second floor as well. They also got an outdoor backyard like place with benches and shacks for guests to hangout. Here they also placed a bar for guests to hangout and have drinks. Overall we had a wonderful hour and a half here. We had drinks, lots of dance groves and finally some nice chit chat in the outdoor space. Now that we had the experience, we will come to Feathers more often than going all the way to the city for clubbing.

Overall a solid spot for good music and night out. I definitely will bring more friends here.
