I've purchased a number of items from Rustico including a leather wallet/money-clip (which I absolutely LOVE), a large leather binder which I use as a photo album (I just bought the plastic pages where I can insert pictures from my local office supply store), and a leather business card holder (which is stylish and keeps my stash of business cards nice and clean while I tote them around in my bag). I'm giving them 5 stars because I can't complain about a thing. Their price is good and their quality is fantastic (period). Everything I have ordered from them just keeps looking better... the way real leather products should!

These cowboy boots were super authentic, one of a kind, and with a bit of polishing, I knew these would be glamorous! This pair also had a nail stuck into the footbed so that had to be cut/grinded down. In addition, it needed a bit of stretching of the leather (from the footbed as it fit a tad narrow), and the leather needed a good polishing. It took about four days for them to get these things done (as they have a large clientele) but believe me it was worth the wait! I've had the pleasure of meeting Brenda, one of the owners and she said they've been around for twenty-plus years, and still thriving (you can tell why because of the quality of work they do). I got the boots back as if they were brand new, and was so happy with the end results! Their prices are reasonable! I have found my local cobbler and I'm sticking with them for all my future shoe needs!
