The staff is amazing and knowledgeable I explained the bird nesting issues, and how I've definitely stitch over 20,000 stitches past needed service. I was informed by stitches with felt fabric and using can air I was pushing all that debris inside the machine impacting it he lubricant. I'm grateful to know my machine is in great hands. Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Service…read more !!!DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked for my blanks back, she told me they weren't even at the shop -- they were at her house. then she tried faking a phone call to her husband to bring them up then her phone rang in the middle of her "talking to him" If they can't be excellent with customer service and communication, I can't trust them to be excellent with the job itself. I am also pleasantly surprised by the number of dresses they stock (way more than similar stores like Ross and Marshall's). Anything you are tempted to look for on Amazon, get here instead, and it will be cheaper and of much higher quality. I am extremely pleased with the glass mugs, bath towels, soap dishes, and cutting boards I picked up this year. I also found a lovely dress for family pictures. The cashiers are careful about wrapping and bagging my breakable purchases. What not to love: All Home Goods/TJMaxx (and nearly every "discount" store I have ever seen) are a mess - too many items stacked on the shelves, and bargain hunters dishevel everything even more rooting through the stock. This one is probably worse than average; be prepared to dig through piles to make your finds. This location is awful when it comes to wait time at the checkout. It was much better during my last visit, with many more cash registers open (so maybe they are improving?), but my first two visits necessitated 45 minutes of standing in line at the checkout. Ridiculous. Overall: Home Goods/TJ Maxx stock amazing bargain items, but if you have the option, there are better locations.

I told the sales clerk that I needed to add a charm and asked about how long will it take. She told me it wouldn't take long and I almost fainted. She assisted me with locating the perfect spot on my bracelet and while she worked on it another clerk assisted me as I walked around and looked at other charms. I had some other errands to run and I was going to come back but before I could walk out the door, my bracelet was being brought to me. About a month and a half ago my daughter and her grandmother went into their store to get a couple links added to her charm bracelet. Of course they have to ship it to Kerrville to get it fixed and would mail it back to us as soon as it was done. Since her grandmother is the one that took her to do this we didn't have any of the information on when it would be returned to us. After a few attempts of getting the shipping information from her grandmother we finally got it. Once we looked up the tracking number it said it was delivered over a month ago by UPS.....WHAT?!?!?! We never received anything, and with it being so long ago we figured it would be a complete loss. Figuring that whatever address they delivered to was enjoying it. After trying to start a claim with UPS, with little hope in mind, I got to a step that made me think I better call James Avery just to make sure I didn't need anything from their end. Once I got Alexandria on the phone that was it, I didn't need to do anything else. She handled everything. They even sent Ava a new replacement bracelet and took several days and emails to make sure it was exactly like the one that was lost. And doing this all before they have anything settled with UPS. I am absolutely impressed and beyond grateful. I am a customer for life (not that I wasn't before but this just sealed the deal). The place itself was what I imagine you would see at any other Men's Wearhouse; it was clean and not terribly crowded. Chase said 2 people in their crew were on vacation so they were a bit short staffed, but we didn't feel the impact.
