    The service I received from Jonathan was beyond my expectations!!! He measured a piece of sheetrock and cut it to perfection for my garage ceiling project which saved me time and worry!!!     I'm going to break from the pack and throw five stars at Home Depot because I've never had a negative experience here, and The Home Depot is SUCH a go-to for the things I go there for, I can't think of a reason to ding them, especially this location. Does anyone *not* go to Home Depot? Maybe you're a Lowe's person, or you have one of those mom and pop local hardware stores near you that provides nostalgia and that special brand of personal service. But, here in the burbs where there is literally a Home Depot every few miles in all directions, I have been going to the closest one because they have absolutely everything I need. Until recently. The one thing that pushes this store slightly ahead of the other two at which I can conveniently shop is that if the others are out of *anything*, this location will have it in stock. I don't know if that has to do with lower volume, better inventory management, or something else. But, It's happened three times in the past two weeks. So, I've just decided I'll go here first. It's not hard to find someone when you need them here. I've started using the website, which now provides aisle and bin location for any item, stock count, and even a map of the store to show you where it's located. So much better than "trying to find an orange apron" when the store is busy. Everyone is friendly, 99% of people have Covid face protection, returns are easy, and we've had offers to help load our car up with fence materials and other heavy items. We do light DIY home projects and landscaping. Lowe's will occasionally draw us away with a sale (like the recent 5 bags of Scot's mulch for $10), but generally has higher prices. If I need chain oil, potting soil, tools, paint, shower heads, attic decking, something new for the garden, this is where we go!

    Came to the garden area to pick up some terra cotta pots and unfortunately they were out of the size I needed. I ended up picking up a succulent instead. The one I chose came in a cute planter. Home Depot has a great selection of indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. I appreciate that they have garden specialists to provide you with information on plant care.

    When I got here the entire garden center looked shinny and brand new! Not much product to buy though... However after talking to people there I was just a day too early! This location has gone through a complete new garden remodel. More tables, wider isles, more hanging basket racks... in general a much improved look! The product I wAs told is all shipping in fresh this week. This will be the place to go in town and check it out! Their poinsettias were well maintained and they had a good selection of them. I wish I could be there to see what it looks like once it is filled up with fresh product today!

My new…read more microwave would not heat,the first appointment the Tech gave me a 3 hour window and he was and hour past the window. He misdiagnosed the part that was needed. a different tech was scheduled 3 more times and misdiagnosed parts 3 more times. this horrible process with Callahans went on for over 2 months with no professional outcome, General Electric finally gave in and sent me a new microwave which Im thankful for, Oh heres the conclusion Callahans would not come to install the microwave without trying to charging me $275 and I said no. It took me 10 minutes to install it with no experience...FOLKS PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH CALLAHANS THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CREW IVE SEEN IN A WHILE PLEASE BE ADVISED.

    Frigidaire warranty hired Callahan's Appliance to service my built-in Frigidaire column…read morerefrigerator and freezer repair. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The technician only performed a brief visual inspection, said it was the water manifold system, and assured me he would order the part. When I followed up with customer service, I was told that no part had ever been ordered and there was no record of his report. Frigidaire then sent the same technician back out, and once again, he did absolutely nothing. Despite two unproductive visits and no real service performed, Callahan's still charged Frigidaire warranty $160. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you own high-end or built-in appliances that require knowledgeable technicians, I strongly recommend requesting a different service provider!!!!

    BUYER BEWARE!! I…read morebought a Samsung refrigerator from "Jay", the owner of the company. He told me he was certified in the Samsung refrigerators he was selling. I paid for my Samsung refrigerator, bought the extra 2 year warranty with it, and it was subsequently delivered that same week. The day after it was delivered and set up.....the first thing I noticed was that the water was definitely not being filtered and the ice was stinky. I called Jay to report the issue, and get some assistance, and his attitude had completely changed. He had my money....so clearly friendly customer service was no longer a priority. I told him that the water tasted and smelled awful and the Home Depot brand filter that he sold with the fridge was not locking into place, I told him that when I pull the filter out, it's bone dry....no water was passing through it. I told him I thought the wrong filter may have been installed, and that I went to Home Depot to get an official Samsung brand filter.....but was running into the same issue of it not locking into place. He told me "that's just how Samsung filters fit, and that's just how Samsung water tastes", and then he said "he can't be responsible for people's different tastes, most people like it", then he told me that "it's normal for filters to be dry" and that "Fort Worth is notorious for hard water, and he can't be responsible for that either", and THEN he told me in an authoritarian tone: "I'll send my tech out there, and when we find nothing wrong with your fridge, or find that YOU broke it, I'm going to charge you a $60 service fee." He had already made up his mind and dismissed me before ever having investigated the issue I was reporting. Jay left me with absolutely no confidence that he was taking me, this issue, or this transaction seriously in the slightest. So after carefully reading the terms of my warranty that was included with my receipt....I decided to seek a second opinion. I called a well known, highly rated and accredited/insured appliance repair shop in my area to get an estimate (Appliance Champion). Appliance Champion identified the issue IMMEDIATELY bc they pay a monthly fee to have access to Samsung's internal Knowledge Base....and this issue is WELL documented WITHIN SAMSUNG. Basically, these Samsung refrigerators can ONLY take Samsung filters....and when people try to install aftermarket/3rd party filters, it breaks the filter dock, making filter connection impossible without replacing the filter dock. The Appliance Champion Technician gave me a copy of all the official Samsung documentation so I could take it back to Jay. Well, I didn't feel comfortable talking to Jay at this point bc he had made our last interaction so awkward and uncomfortable, so my husband spoke with him to try to reason with him. Jay informed my husband that our warranty was now null and void since we sought a second opinion. And he would NOT be giving us a refund on the warranty that we paid for and only had for a week at this point. There was NOTHING in the Warranty contract that indicated anything like this in the terms. Jay told my husband "how do I know the other technician didn't break the fridge?" How do we know?? BC YOU SOLD THE FRIDGE WITH A HOME DEPOT FILTER IN IT JAY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU PUT THE HOME DEPOT FILTER IN THE FRIDGE.....AND SAMSUNG OFFICIALLY DOCUMENTS IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE BASE THAT THIS BREAKS THEIR PRODUCT. Then I found out that Samsung only certifies ONE technician in the area to work on their merchandise.....and Synergy Appliance is NOT IT. So not only does Jay and Synergy appliance have no idea about the inner workings of Samsung refrigerators.....Jay is also a LIAR and a SCAM artist. Learn from my mistake and don't get ripped off by Jay's smooth used car salesmenship. I have copies of the Samsung internal Knowledge Base documentation and repair service ticket to PROVE I'm telling the truth, if anyone would like to see for themselves. Appliance Champion got my fridge repaired and working flawlessly, with great tasting water and orderless ice. And although I'm out the $$ for the warranty, and out the $$ for having to repair a fridge that was sold to me BROKEN....... NOW I'm finally happy....no thanks to Jay.

    This is a note regarding my experience with the owner of the location when she sent a private…read moremessage and invited us to come back in spring when their inventory is larger as well as to request that I remove a photo that I had placed on the original review. The photo wasn't of anything bad or wrong, it was not misleading or a misrepresentation, it was a legitimate photo of the outside area of the location that she says is shared with a landscaping company, tho what landscape company I do not know. The reasoning stated to me was that the landscaping company didn't want the photo of their area published. The photo was of the locations surroundings just as any Google maps search would provide, so it's not anything that can't be seen anyway. It showed their "shared space" which being "shared" still makes it part of this businesses space which serves as sort of a parking area. The rating on this review is based on the point of contact by the owner to manipulate the initial review by requesting removal of a photo that is a true representation of what is surrounding the business, part of their "shared space", this removes what is also a visual to allow others to find this out of the way place that is not on any main road. I don't feel it is appropriate for a business to private message a Yelp member for the sole purpose of manipulating what is on the review.
