It's 4:42 pm on 6/30/26 I just spent a lot of money with this company last month at the Keller location and so far I am not happy with customer service. The mower I purchased doesn't even have the parts I need logged into their system so they can give me accurate pricing for ordering new ones?? But they're selling the mowers?! Make that make sense. This is not how you conduct business and you don't stop answering phone calls an hour and a half before your business closes.

I came across this shop merely chance. I called and explained our predicament. We have a quarter acre and with all the rain the "grass" was growing out of control fast. Knowing the time of year and the number of people most likely in our shoes we expected the initial estimate for repair. It was our doing for not getting it in sooner. Anyway, we explained that we could not bring it to the shop. Luckily we were told he does pick up and delivery. The price for that was well under our expectations. We were given an estimate that seemed extremely fair. Long story short, we have our mower back running like new. It was faster than the initial estimated time. Plus the cost was under the original estimate including pick up and delivery. He worked with us around our work schedules and was ever so polite. One note, he only does riding mowers which is not a detriment. I just want to ensure readers know this up front. To sum up, we will definitely call him for the mowers next service. To show our appreciation he got a decent tip for being so nice and honest. I highly recommend this shop!

This location has been here FOREVER.... I remember going here with my dad when I was a kid. And it seems like they haven't cleaned this place since then either (lots of dust all over the merchandise). But it's a hardware store, a mans place to shop so I guess some dust and a few cobwebs are acceptable. My only complaint is the selection. Since it's such a small hardware store you are limited to very little selection. And when you find what you are looking for, there is usually very little of that product as well. So don't go here expecting to have enough supplies to build a house with, but this is a great place for when you need something in a pinch.

I left thinking waste of time, and got in the car and did a search and found it within two minutes on Amazon and ebay for like 4$... so don't bother with these guys even though you might think they are local I guess they must be making a living off overpriced tractors.
