We used one to be able to pick up a bed, couch and a few other items so they would be at our house for when kiddos friends moving date. They had what we needed availible, the one complaint was they were short staffed ... and a manager was needed to do something on a transaction but they had gone to put a hitch on a trailer. So my husband had a 15-20 min delay because they couldn't take care of checking anyone else in and out until they manager took care of this one customer. My kids friend didn't have any complaints outside of that requests that they take pictures of the truck before they left the lot didn't show up until we had already started loading the truck at our place. They didn't mention it to them when checking the truck out; so we had only known to do that because we had gotten a truck the weekend before. If you need a truck for only an hour there are cheep options at another place; but Uhaul serves the purpose for the larger needs folks have.

Not only is their always full program extremely confusing, they have removed us from the service 6 times. Each time I reach out, there's some new loophole I missed or an email about a credit check we never got... and every time we run out of gas, they charge us an extra $125 for a leak check.
