The theft was reported to the Hurst Police Department and a "case number" was assigned. My Master Lock was picked and several items were removed to a value that exceeded $10k. I have relocated my belongings to another storage facility which has a sensor inside the unit that notifies me when the unit has been opened. Before you go and open an account you might want to ask the question: "How many reported thefts have you had?"

I returned to the office to see what was going on and the same person I dealt with a few days earlier did not remember me canceling account, and I was told that he was unable to check their system to try and determine where the error was. From what I know about the history of the company and what Ward Campbell stood for, I was highly disappointed on who he has running the Aledo office.
