They have never been able to clearly explain my bill, yet they continue calling to tell me my payment is late--even though I paid it on time. When I requested a confirmation email for my payment, they were unable to provide one and instead told me to log into my account. The problem is that I haven't had access to my account since they "closed" it. I also asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold, but no one ever answered. Throughout this entire process, no one has been able to explain the charges on my bill. Since my account was deleted, I couldn't even view my usage for the final billing period to verify the charges myself. To make matters worse, when I finally did receive a confirmation email, the payment amount was incorrect. It does not match the amount I actually paid, and my bank statement clearly shows that I paid more. Yet another example of inaccurate information and poor recordkeeping. The only troubleshooting they offered was repeatedly telling me to restart my phone, which had nothing to do with the billing issues. This company has done nothing but mislead me throughout this entire experience. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I came to check it out and it was so welcoming, and there was a good amount of books. They also have a very cute kids area, a room you can rent and a patio area. I checked out two books with a 30 day return date. And they even have a shelf with some free books and I did indeed take one off the shelf to rehome. Even though it's a community library anyone is welcomed and you can sign up right there for a library card. It has so much character and it's so clean. They also have resources posted on boards inside. I loved this idea as well. We will be back to enjoy it some more.
