I haven't had any issues with the mower so far, but if I ever do, I hope the service is just as good. Having on-site service technicians to handle warranty and mechanical issues was a major selling point for us, especially compared to buying from a big-box store. I've always felt that with a local dealer, the relationship begins after the purchase. With big-box stores, it often feels like the relationship ends at the register. That kind of customer support makes a difference.

The mower I purchased doesn't even have the parts I need logged into their system so they can give me accurate pricing for ordering new ones?? But they're selling the mowers?! Make that make sense. This is not how you conduct business and you don't stop answering phone calls an hour and a half before your business closes.

JR and the rest of the staff were amazing throughout the process and JR actually helped me decide between the Stihl RZ552 and the RZ752i. I changed to the RZ752i and sure glad I did! I have about 10 hours on it and it's been outstanding, great ride, nice cut and just feels like a high quality machine! The only hiccup was the that assembler failed to tighten the battery cables so after about 7 hours it failed to start and there was some "arcing" from the loose connection. Easy fix, tightened up the connections and no further issues. Would not hesitate to buy again from the guys and so impressed that I'm willing to drive the 40 miles from my house and have them do the scheduled maintenance on it. In my opinion, you can't go wrong giving these guys a chance to earn your business.
