Great store, I always find what I need. Brian is also really helpful and knows exactly where everything is and is knowledgeable about tools.

I went to Lowes, 2 Home Depots, 3H Hardware, and a different ACE hardware. NO one could figure out to fix my gas line configuration issue. Was driving down Jacksboro highway and decided to give it one more shot. Stopped in T&C/ ACE. Alfred (SP?) looked at my line fitting and figured out the issue within 2 minutes. I could have save hours of my time if I had come here first. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I visited this location yesterday to see if they could repair a pole pruner I needed to use on a job. I had already been to a lawn & garden place & was told it would have to have a repair order done & would take up to a week to get back. A phone call somewhere else told me the same basic thing. T&C Ace took my tool to the back and worked on it for almost 30 minutes. They did their best, but to no avail. They couldn't fix it. But, there was no charge for the effort, and probably would not have charged other than any parts, had they been successful. Very helpful and friendly. Neat little hardware store, with all kinds of stuff. Prices varied between higher and lower than average depending on what the product is. All kinds of cool stuff and good variety of stuff not found in Lowe's or Home Depot. I would recommend a visit to this little place in the near future. It will probably make you happy! read more

Do not allow them to sharpen your saw blades! Messed mine up and kept my saw from cutting correctly causing me to not complete a job.

Came in with my fiancé needing a bunch of different specific nuts, bolts and spacer. Cesar greeted us at the door and came and helped up pick everything out. Probably would have taken us an hour to find everything we needed, he was happy to help and got us in and out in no time. read more

We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's and couldn't find what we needed and really no one to help us either. We walked into ace and was greeted right away by a very nice guy. He took us to the isle and for what we needed and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We will just come here first next time! read more

Ace Hardware customer service policies, truth in advertising practices, and employee training? Earlier today I was in one of your stores and for the first 10 minutes we could find no one to help us. After a large spool of CHRISTMAS LIGHTS of all things fell off the table and landed on my foot. Now suddenly there is an employee standing right behind us watching and being amused by my agony never offering help! Even though when in seconds I am crying and my foot doubles it's size! Still he offers no assistance I had to ask him to pick up my seed packets that I dropped, which he does and doesn't even give them to me he just tosses them back in the bucket I had so carefully dug through . I had to request a manager and after 20 agonizing minutes I couldn't stand it anymore and I head to my car so I could at least sit down, and as I am hobbling out the door "the helpful hardware guy" was making key's for another customer!I ask again to see a manager a few minutes later the same " helpful employee says " My manager is still on the phone he will be with you when he can. " I ended up driving myself to the ER, never even being offered a chair. Not one minute in that store did I get any semblance of customer service. I certainly didn't experience your "Helpful hardware place".And lastly why would you ever train a employee to stock large spools of Christmas Lights, in with seed packets? I mean, if there's training at all? Really? Christmas Lights two days before July 4th, on sale in the garden display? Unbelievable! read more
