She called over her walk-in talkie.... And that is when Steve (guy in the black shirt) walked into my plumbing emergency. Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly! She said, she would toss it and make another one. She could have handled that differently. My boyfriend loves his food crispy. He would have eaten that but, she didn't ask. She threw that Pretzel in trash and she made us late to Church. Oh well. We all think different. The Pretzel arrived and it was just ok, lacked flavor and clusters of salt in specific areas. It was soft and sort of dry. I took a piece of it but didn't finish it. The whole. Our experience was not perfect but nothing is. This won't stop us from shopping here or stoping by the Snack Bar.

I went into Sherwin Williams on Rufe Snow in Keller to get another gallon of paint (last purchased…read morein 2016) Reggie informed me that SW discontinued the brand last June but said Watauga SW still carried it. Reggie called the Watauga store and they indeed had what I was looking for. At the Watauga SW a young lady by the name of Josie entered the formula for the paint and informed me that an exact match may not be possible, no guarantee. I found the paint to be a 99% match once applied to my existing paint. I am extremely impressed with these two SW employees. They were both extremely helpful, kind, professional and I will recommend both stores to family & friends. Reggie & Josie, thank you.
