This trip we were getting shirts for a social event. Due to a miscommunication (just as much my fault as theirs) the shirts were short sleeved instead of long. Most places would care less and insist you pay up and take the shirts that were already printed, however Tom was determined to 'make it right' and totally took care of the situation.
