We have used them for years and they have always taken excellent care of us. When we traded my wife's wedding ring in for a larger diamond, we received great trade-in value and an overall great deal. The repair work is top notch. read more

I literally can't say enough about this place. I knew I was in the right spot when it took them only four hours to resize my fiancé's wedding band!! absolutely flawless!! I had to take them two more rings. My meme gave me this ring and with her wearing it for 25 years. Two diamonds had fallen out prongs were loose. It needed some serious help. This ring looks brand new after I picked it up. I wore it out of the store absolutely confident!!! I will do all my business with them moving forward!!! thank y'all so much!'n read more

Very, friendly,l professional staff. Richard"s now have a repeat customer moving forward.

Every time I have walked into this jeweler for a repair or design advice or for jewelry cleaning, they have treated me professionally and did a good job. I have a garnet ring that at least 3 other jewelers told me could not be polished (the garnet was dull and a bit scratched from years of wear). They said it would be cheaper to replace the stone than to polish it. At Richard's, the jeweler took it to the back, polished it at no charge and handed me a brand-new looking ring! read more

Two watch batteries changed for $20 while you wait. No one tried to sell us anything. No one talked smack about or Invictas when they sell Rolexes. I will never take my watch to the mall for a battery change. Ever. Again. read more

My husband gave me a gold necklace from Jared Jewelry a few years ago and the clasp broke. I took it to Jared's in Southlake and they told me it would be $139 to fix it, even though it came from their store. I took it to Richard's and they will fix it for $60. The lady who helped me was almost apologetic for that amount. Plus, the jewelry in there is beautiful and everyone was delightful. read more

My neighbors on next door all suggested coming here about 6 mo ago for anything jewelry related. I don't normally wear jewelry so I didn't pay any attention. Fast forward 6 mo and a diamond has fallen out of my engagement ring. I panic. Omg where do I go?? I remembered that thread on next door and go looking. I brought in my ring today around 1p and was told by Richard oh yeah! The small stone on the side can be replaced! We can have this ready for you by tomorrow. Cool! I was really going to ask him to file down the prong that kept catching on stuff if it was going to be expensive! I go home and take an afternoon nap (this heat is killing me). I get a call from Richard at 445p. 'hey your ring is all fixed! You can come get it whenever!' I ran up there and it's beautiful and fixed and only cost $30 to fix. Omg. I'm so happy and thrilled!! Thank you all!! read more

I wanted to like this jeweler, but Richard is a pompous jerk. After waiting an hour to speak to him, it was my turn & he got up and walkEd across the store to help another customer who just walked in the door. I was prepared to spend a few thousand dollars, so it's his loss. read more

I came in here to get my wedding ring resized. They told me the price was going to be a little more than I thought because I was going up 2 sizes which I didn't mind. And that it should be ready within a day or 2. They called me the next day and said it was ready. I was so excited because it only took them one day and I haven't been able to wear my ring for 2 years. So, as soon as they showed it to me, it looked exactly like it did on my wedding day it was so clean and sparkly! And it fit perfectly! I am so grateful to have them resize and clean my ring Thank you guys so much! read more

I was so fortunate to walk into Richards and talked to Craig. My wife's wedding ring had been through the ringer of an active lifestyle and a failed attempt by another jeweler to resurrect this priceless possession. I showed Craig a couple pictures and he sketched out a couple ideas and we landed on a total redesign. Craig kept me in the loop through the entire process and the end result was amazing. My wife was blown away and so was I. I thought their pricing and honest straight forward approach was refreshing. My only issue now is I have to keep my wife away :). Thanks To Craig and Richards jewelers. read more

Richard provided the perfect Art Deco custom design with the diamonds I brought in. A year later he designed a pendant to match. I always trust him with my jewelry. perfect customer service read more

Last month I had Richard's design a custom diamond ring for me that cost several thousand dollars, plus I spent $600 with them on a pendant for my girlfriend. This week the battery in my watch died so I took it to Richard's to get it replaced. Betsy said they could do it, but I would have to leave it as it would take 5 hours to change it. Really!? 5 hours? I have had the battery replaced several times before and it has never taken more than 20 minutes. She said if I can drop it off by 10 am, they will have it ready by 3pm. I just spent several thousand dollars the month before, and this is how you treat me? If you don't want my business, just tell me. Don't lie to me saying it will take 5 hours to replace a watch battery. I took my watch elsewhere and had the battery changed and it took 15 minutes. It is obvious Richard's didn't want to mess with it as there was not a big profit in selling a watch battery. Even though I spent thousands of dollars the month before. Richard, you just lost a customer for life. read more

I brought my wedding ring in because 2 of the prongs holding the diamond and got hung up on a string and when i jerked back it had slightly bend the prongs holding the diamond. I had noticed they felt sharp. As before I brought to this location because they had also attached my wedding ring and band as well as appraised it for me. Excellent work before so I knew this was the place for all my jewelry needs. The lady up front recommended to get all 4 prongs replaced costing only $8.00 a piece I was like wow great price and recommendation. She also recommended to get it redipped thr white gold had worn down some. I picked up the ring today, yes only had to wait a day. My ring looked brand new. I had to meet the man who completed this work and hug him because I was absolutely amazed!!! They knew I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the work that had been done. Total price for everything $144.00 thats a very good price for the detail of work they had done. Im so impressed and recommended anyone who need jewelry, appraisals and jewelry work to please let this be the place for all your needs. The care and compassion they give to customers is truly amazing. Thank you your work and makeing my ring look brand knew. read more
