So I went in and took some raw rubies and asked them to make a pinky ring for his birthday. And he loves it! Their customer service is beyond top-notch. While I was there picking up my husband's ring, a frowsy woman came in wanting to sell them back a ring she had bought there. She was ill-mannered and boorish and terribly insulting, but the staff treated her with civil calm and courtesy. She left flinging a threat to "put it on Facebook." I promised to put them on Facebook -- and Yelp. I will not purchase fine jewelry anywhere else. Their display cases are full of sparkle and shine and exquisite design. I highly recommend Collections.

I needed ball sizers put on a ring to keep it from spinning. I was informed that their jewelry…read morerepair person was only in shop twice a week and repairs took at least 7 days. Then they quoted me over $200 to have the ball sizers put on and over $300 for a U sizer, which is exorbitant. I have had ball sizers and U sizers put in rings numerous times by highly regarded jewelers and have never paid more than $100. Got two more quotes from other local reputable jewelers, both came in under $75. So, you know something is up here. Seek repairs elsewhere.

If you are a gentleman who is protective of your woman, then please take the time to read this. I…read morewill try to be direct and concise. I stopped by with my girlfriend to look at rings, and when we walked in, she did not feel comfortable and didn't want to stay. After I had exchanged a few words with the salesman, I too did not feel comfortable nor wish to continue the interaction. Another customer walked in, and after a brief moment, the salesman excused himself to go address the new customer. My girlfriend and I took that opportunity to gracefully exit and try to do so discreetly. This is when I realized we were locked in the store. The salesman had a key-fob that unlocked the door when a customer rang the doorbell, and in order to leave, he had to be the one to let you out. Unfortunately, I had to get the salesman's attention in order to leave. He asked if we were done talking with him, and after my "yes", he said, "well, before I let you out, do you want to come over here and get a business card?" Immediately, I felt trapped inside this store, wanting to leave gracefully and discreetly, but I couldn't. Let me be clear. I do not appreciate being locked in a store and not being able to protect my woman (even by simply leaving the building) when she feels uncomfortable or threatened. I have absolutely no intention of returning. I will add, before we went to this place, we went to Duffy's Jewelry, and had an absolute 10/10 great experience. They were very pleasant, professional, and extremely kind and knowledgeable. Both my girlfriend and I felt very comfortable in there, and to be honestly transparent, I truly want to give them my business. I recommend you do the same.

I just came in here for the first time to get some Links…read moretaken out of my watch. The only reason I came in is that the normal watch store I would go to recently closed down. When I walked in the Lady that was assisting me was very kind and she began to measure my wrist to see how many links needed to be taken out. As soon as she was going to start on my watch I guess the owner came from the back and stopped her and said no. We both looked at him confused as to why? He stated he has 10 things to do before me and I can drop it and pick it up Tuesday. Now if anyone knows anything about watches it takes less than 3 minutes to take out two links from the watch. This owner was a rude asshole and a jerk and maybe didn't want to serve me once he realizes I was Black. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company.

Parking for businesses in Old Town Keller (Main Street near Keller Parkway (1709)) is often a challenge - there's no place to park on the street. The best place to park is just on the north side of the building adjacent to Main Street. The folks here are nice and the price was reasonable (up to three items appraised for the same price). However, my appraisal was not ready when promised. To make matters worse, the size of a larger diamond was off by 10% - this completely threw off the value of the appraisal and made it worthless for insurance (yes, I have other older appraisals verifying the size of the diamond). When I approached the jeweler about the mistake, they were unwilling to correct their appraisal. I won't be back.
