I am extremely disappointed with my recent online purchase from Invicta Stores regarding Order…read more#200993194 and watch MPW-0169, which I purchased online on June 30. As of August 19, I still have not received the watch, and my online order continues to show as "in progress." We are approaching two months for merchandise that has already been paid for, and I still have no clear shipping date or explanation for the continued delay. I previously contacted Invicta about this exact issue and was told I would receive an update within 48 hours. That follow-up never happened. Instead, I have received multiple automated delay emails without any real resolution or concrete information regarding when my watch will actually ship. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that my family and I have been longtime supporters of the Invicta brand. I personally own several Invicta watches, and my husband has a large collection as well. We have continued purchasing from Invicta because we genuinely enjoy the watches and have supported this company for years. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I have experienced with this online order does not reflect the loyalty we have shown the brand. At this point, I should not have to continue reaching out for answers. I simply need Invicta to tell me whether MPW-0169 is actually available and, if so, exactly when it will ship. If the company cannot fulfill the order, I expect to be notified immediately and provided with an appropriate resolution. Nearly two months without receiving a paid online order, combined with missed follow-ups and a lack of clear communication, is unacceptable. I have been more than patient, but this experience has seriously changed the way I view Invicta's customer service. I hope Invicta Stores takes the time to review Order #200993194 and provide a firm, honest resolution rather than another generic delay response.
