I went on a Friday morning around 11 am and it wasn't very busy, so it was perfect for a walk in manicure appointment. At this time of day, there's also lot's of street parking options available. The staff was very polite and attentive, and the manicurist was very detail oriented. She asked throughout the entire appointment if the lengths of my nails looked good to me, the nail color. It's also very affordable pricing. The owner is very nice and we chatted towards the end of the appointment. I'll becoming in again very soon! read more

I called in a few weeks ago to see if there were walk ins and Tami was the sweetest woman and she sounded so happy! I was so excited to come here but then I ended up walking into the WRONG nail salon two buildings away. I was a little disappointed because the other nail salon was not as nice!! When I asked for Tami the other nail salon lied and said it was them. So shady!!!When I came home i felt like something was off and I realized I went to the wrong nail place!! Finally a few weeks later, I made it to Tami's and I am so glad. She is genuinely the nicest. Her energy is so amazing. She's got a very good heart and lovely personality. I really was looking forward to meeting her and she didn't disappoint. She did my dip nails with the color I wanted. She has such a large selection of colors. She will give you exactly what you want. I am very happy with my nails and I was entertained the entire time talking to Tami. She has been in the business for over 30 years. She works hard and she knows what she is doing. She's also so fast!! You can tell she cares about her work and her customers. That's all you could ever ask for honestly. Prices are also VERY reasonable. This was the most bizarre and frantic nail salon experience ive ever had. I moved to the area recently and came from good reviews. Tami began by boasting how perfect she does nails and mid way through my dip manicure, she learned her hot water heater wasn't working. Tami nearly lost her mind. I've never seen someone respond in such an erratic way. She left me sitting with my nails half done for 20 minutes to try and contact the building owner/manager. She returned and RUSHED to complete my nails- I've never seen such a frantic and sloppy job. I had to tell her to calm down, slow down, it'll be okay, multiple times. She applied dip and polish to my finger nails leaving absolutely no shape, dip uneven and bumpy and on top of my cuticles. She buffed them out but clearly she was over finishing my nails due to her uncontrolled anxiety at that point. The nails needed to be cleaned, shaped, and dip removed from hanging over my cuticles onto my skin. It was extremely uncomfortable to say the least, and more expensive than her signs say. She kept begging me to come back and telling me she loves me, strange behavior. Nonetheless- my nails look awful. Also- the woman doing pedicures was extremely slow. 3 songs played before she completed ONE COAT of nail polish on ONE foot. I was there for 2 hours and was the only customer in there at that time. read more

I went in for a gel manicure and the employee that did them used a metal drill on my natural nails not to mention he never did a manicure, no cuticle care or even lotion at the end of my visit (same with the pedicure) ...he left my nails bumpy and uneven and one nail broke the next day. I went to have it repaired by the same tech and it broke again along with another one the next day my nails are already chipped. Heading to another salon to pay again for a job that should have been done right the first time. Not Sure what products are being used but i will not be going back there. Nice lady ... not so great salon.. save your money and frustration. read more
