You find quality and very good prices on clothing, non-perishable foods, household items, skincare, face care, body care, fragrances, school supplies, etc. I didn't have trouble finding sizes. Only the women's underwear was somewhat hidden... Variety of brands, but very high quality in everything... very good prices and clearance areas. I got some popcorn, a trail mix, some different flavored liqueurs to put in my coffee/ other drinks, some black Adidas socks for my uniform... very good prices! I hardly ever visit TJ Max, but now I'll come more often. Congratulations to the whole team. Blessings!

One an extended time with one customer, doing multiple returns. So I do excuse her. Two others, #7&10. # 10, an older woman, working consistently. #7, a young man , working but had to stop after every customer- took a customer, then stepped to the side, bent down, something. Would never call for the next customer right away. Then he asked another woman, will get to her later, if he could go on break. Meanwhile, it looked like the number 10 employee was already on break. So at that time the only one still working was the one with the extensive return. The one that let him go on break had been at #6, for a split minute. She then went to hang up returns or whatever. Meanwhile an older gentleman came to the register at the beginning of the line, but he first had to organize little shopping bags. Then signed on and took customers. Btw, there was also a female employee that came to do inventory on the drinks in the freezer. And all of this while the line grew and grew. Low priority for customers. Absolutely horrible. I was also told by the woman that let tie people go on break at the same time, and found it more important to gang up returns, that she didn't have info on how to file a complaint. Couldn't explain why no one was at a register, or why someone found it more important to do drink inventory than help lessen the line.

I have no complaints and I got in-and-out of the store easily each time. I thought the store was organized well. Walking through the aisles, you don't feel cramped, claustrophobic, or need to pick up products off the floor in order to get your cart through. The people working the registers are very friendly, and are pretty efficient. The wait wasn't bad for an off-price/discount department store (granted these were midday visits). There's ample parking in the shopping plaza where this HomeGoods is located also - a plus!

I went to return a jacket, but stumbled on a CK jacket that only $49 for original price of $175, a 70% discount. The was mostly tidy and clean. Some staff members were working hard to put stuff back in their spot. The line was long, despite 3 registers being open. I had to wait about 10 minutes to checkout. But the cashier was super friendly. Returning the previous jacket and purchasing the new one, both steps were completed quickly.
