I went to this Burlington for the first time on Labor day. It was a huge store, large sections of apparels for men, women and kids. They also had shoes, accessories, home goods, toys, and decor items as well. At these items had massive discounted price. I went to return a jacket, but stumbled on a CK jacket that only $49 for original price of $175, a 70% discount. The was mostly tidy and clean. Some staff members were working hard to put stuff back in their spot. The line was long, despite 3 registers being open. I had to wait about 10 minutes to checkout. But the cashier was super friendly. Returning the previous jacket and purchasing the new one, both steps were completed quickly. read more

I bought a $12.99 xmas sweater and paid for it. Weeks later I got a bill in the mail with a paper statement saying I owe $2.99 for not going paperless. I called them and was told to avoid the $2.99 fee, open an account online and NEXT TIME I BUY do it online to avoid fee. He told me he was waiving the $2.99. I got a call today saying that $2.99 for not going paperless was never waived and is now $37.97 due to late fees and interest being charged on the $2.99. I AM NOT PAYING THIS AND WILL GO TO COURT IF I HAVE TO. They lost a customer now for $2.99. Ripping customers off!! Avoid Burlington at all costs!! read more

I honestly don't understand how the Management at this Burlington only have 2 cashiers ( when there are 15 registers) on a SATURDAY!!??!! I was literally in line for almost 30 minutes and didn't even reach the registers so I decided to ditch my cart and leave since my time is way more valuable and I can easily go to Marshalls or TJMaxx where they're properly staffed and spend my money. The sad part is that a few customers complained and all the Manager had to say was, we have people coming in at noon ... SMH read more

Line is piling up the supervisor doesn't open up a register to help, one cashier decides to do returns instead of helping the line as well. When I was attended i clearly informed the cashier a certain amount in card rest cash, and let her know again AGAIN when I had to authorize amount because she inserted the incorrect amount and did nothing. I waited long enough no reason to argue or wait longer, I paid despite her mistakes. When I got my receipt I kindly let her know I said this amount on card not what I just paid but it's ok, and she had the audacity to say "No you said that". Organized store overall but the front is the lasting impression and what a horrible impression that was. read more

I usually buy the Men's Polo Ralph Lauren Dress Pant which costs about $240 at Macy's for only $39.99 here because it was bought at a discount from the clothing supplier for being overstocked before. I have to say the store was pretty organized! It's a big store so allow plenty of time for shopping! Probably the 2nd nicest Burlington I've been to in my life. I found an item I loved but there was no price on it. I asked the only associate I could find for help. She stopped what she was doing and gladly helped me. She needed a managers ok to discount the item (because it was damaged), soon the store manager came over and helped. These women were VERY polite and helpful even though I could tell they were busy. read more

I'm giving this Burlington a 4 star for two reasons. 1) Huge variety 2) Cashiers are fast and efficient I do have to say that both of the boots I purchased that day did not have a price tag. It's kind of annoying when a customer rips the tag off because they're ruining it for everyone. Wasting my time, the employees, and the customers behind me. Sometimes it gets too busy. The line will get really long with not many people at checkout. But there clothes are always decent u can find really good buy. Kids clothes is my favorite they have the cutest outfits. The pillow section is my favorite!! Huge store and so much to choose from. read more

The size of this place borders the absurd. Shopping here should only be done by the most seasoned of veterans. There is so much inventory. I can spend half a day here and come out with nothing. But that's the type of work you need to put in, in order to find that gem. I've come here and found Ike Behar suits, Purple Label Top Coats, and Michael Kors active wear. There are deals here but you have to put in that work! What's nice is that the check out lines move fairly quick, so you don't have much time to second guess purchases. Newly renovated and more roomy and organized than before. We love this store. It seems that they also have more merchandise but it's not as crowded with piles of clothes as it used to be. This store was very frustrating but now it's very pleasant to walk into. Today we bought a few outfits for our baby and some new shoes. My only criticism is to keep some carts inside because it was raining and all the carts were wet. Other than that, we will be back! read more

This is one of the best Burlington Coat Factory stores I have patronized. The store is huge, nice and neat. I came here early in the morning so I had plenty of time to look through all of the sections. I found some great dresses on clearance all under $12 and I also found some great home décor items. I did notice that they did not have a large selection of women's jewelry compared to other Burlington's I have visited. I would recommend visiting this store first thing in the morning to take advantage of no crowds and the store still being neat and clean. read more

I think this is a ok store for a couple of reasons. If ur coming here for a loved one who loves shopping. u might as well drop them off and come back. very little seating to none. near the dressing room. The place seems a little disorganized which makes this place similar to century 21. On route 17 its entrance is easily missed so slow down. read more

I have been shopping here for many years it does take a long time to find what you want you have to like to shop to find what your looking for in the massive racks upon racks, prices are decent. The problem is that there are so many clothes lots of the times the hangers say a size but then you look at the tag and it doesn't match. They also need more staff check out time can be long. Normally the associates are very helpful to find a price or item for you. However on this particular day I check out had my 3 kiddos with me and large purchase the cashier wanted to know if she could leave to get her own personal layaway items as it was close to closing time and was told no she had to finish ringing me up she was upset by this and after the cashier finished she had a metal sensor she wanted to put under the bags to make sure there were no sensor left from the clothes she had rang up my 4 year old was interested in the sensor and grabbed it the cashier SNATCHED it back and yelled at my daughter "to give it back". I obviously told her how dare her treat me kid that way she is only 4 and adults should know not to treat a child that way. she told me to raise my child better, I am super disappointed in this location, and will be calling corporate, a manger apologized but the experience was unacceptable. read more
