This store is definitely surrounded by a wonderful view like few others. As for the store itself, there was low foot traffic today. It was very clean and well-organized. The customer service was great. Next time, I'm going to walk through the entire store--or try to--to see if there's any difference compared to the other Targets I know.

Target needs to fix their online ordering. This is a waste of time when your customer is expecting their whole order or at least communicate in advance that you don't have some items . Horrible experience and this is the 3rd time. The prices are decent, but little higher compared to dollar store items, probably because these are imported goods. The aisles are tiny. Need to walk carefully, especially in the ceramics area. It's mostly tidy. Different sections of the stores have associates helping customers. The checkout line was long for us. Took us few minutes to get to the register. They also charge additional fees for credit card that is posted right in front of the checkout counter.

It is truly spotless and very comfortable for relaxing in the shade of huge the trees. There are plenty of greenery. It is very peaceful--a great place to rest, pray, or meditate. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. You can come to shop at the nearby mall--there's a Target, Marshalls, Burlington, Starbucks, a taco shop, an Acme, and much more. You could come here first to exercise or simply enjoy the view of the Hudson and the tranquility, and then do your shopping--or vice versa. It comes highly recommended. I'm not sure who manages this place--whether it's the state government or someone else--but it is very well maintained, with plenty of trash cans and benches for enjoying the view. It's Free. Yes it gets busy at peak time but off peak it is easy to shop and even at peak it's not terrible. I don't buy veggies or meat here. The veggies are expensive and not very fresh. The meat is poor quality. But the baked goods, cold cuts, pantry items, dairy, household and other things can't be beat.

Since it has less stock in each category compared to the larger Marshalls store one long block away, I end up here when not finding exactly what I want there. That being said, the staff has been very friendly, plus I never had an issue at this TJ Maxx with a long line wait like often happens at that Marshalls or the similarly nearby, horrendous, messy, understaffed (especially at checkout) Burlington.
