The sales people are very friendly and attentive, and I had no difficulty getting someone to help me. I went in looking for some good walking shoes. The salesman showed me both the kind I was looking for (Brooks) and another kind as well, which is waterproof and slip on (Ons) I ended up buying two pairs. The Ons are terrific and are my favorite rainy weather shoe. The Brooks were too large, but I didn't figure that out until it was too late to return them. I came back and the manager was extremely helpful in providing some inserts so that the shoes now fit quite well. So overall, I am very happy with my experience. The only thing I would say is, I'm not sure if the sales staff are really expert at shoe fitting so I would suggest being extra careful to make certain that the shoes you are buying actually correctly fit your feet! They really did seem to focus on helping me find the right shoes for me rather than selling me shoes and insoles. They helped me as I tried on different shoe sizes and different insoles, and I got the impression that it was fine if I didn't find a pair that I liked. Many discounts when holidays are near and a 2X points accumulator offer on certain days. The shoes are self serve and have many sizes stocked up for you to grab and try.
