Can't push a cart down them…read more Aisles are super tight even trying to turn a corner in the back and employees are unpacking stuff near aisles or in them and can't access them. Honestly the store can be a HOT Mess. Some good finds but most of the time it frustrating. Only like 1 or 2 cashiers most of the time as well. The shoe aisles obviously you can't tell people are stealing the shoes and leaving their old ones in them. Tons of Empty boxes. There really needs to be a change up on the floor plan on that store. It's unorganized and just frustrating walking around it.

It is incredibly organized. I think this Marshalls is going to be one of my favorites from now on. I went looking for some jewelry, a pair of shorts for myself, and a hair scarf for one of my daughters, and I found almost everything I needed. I also walked through almost every section of the store and really liked it. My husband needed to return clothes that he had purchased online. He was directed to return them in person at one of their stores. This is where we learned that there is a difference between Gap and Gap Factory. So after a failed attempt to return at Gap Factory, I offered to return them for him since I would be close to Gap in Wayne. He had 4 items to return from 3 separate shipping orders. The cashier was super friendly and efficient with helping me with these clothing returns. She processed them quickly and clearly communicated the fund total that would be returned to what card. I also noticed all the associates working that day being very helpful and professional. Great customer service here. This store has two entrances - one from inside the mall and the other from the street/parking lot. This location is undergoing a store refresh, but I thought it was still organized, tidy, and well visually merchandised. It has inventory from the Gap, Baby Gap, and Gap Kids lines.

Prices of items are same as the website. They have a nice fitting room section too. The few times I went to the store, I found some good men's athletic jacket and trousers. My wife also bought leggings from here too. They have bunch of fitting rooms as well, but usually there's a line when the store is crowded. Plenty of friendly staff members were walking around the store helping customers. Whenever we were in the store, it had long checkout lines, but they had multiple registers open. This may seem like an odd comment, but the area is very upper-middle class to upper class, where you sometimes get kids working the shops who feel superior to you for no reason other than their parents are rich. At Banana, they're always willing to help you out. Just the people alone would give this location 5 stars. Unfortunately, the place is really small (I know I keep saying it, but it is). I really feel like I can stick my head in the door and see everything they have without actually going in. The lay out is pretty standard for most BRs; nicer attire in the front (read: suits, suit separates, the hot new looks), with an area in the middle for check-out, some shoes and cologne in said middle section, followed by the more casual clothes at the end. It is obvious the women's side is a little bigger, and is not interrupted by the register area which does hinder your shopping experience by making it a hassle to get through. I feel that the clothes selection is very lacking (I can speak for the men not so much the women). I can rarely go in there and find anything I need. I've gone in and seen some very nice jackets, even a sweater or two, but they are always tiny. I can never go in expecting to find anything larger than a Medium. I need a size 38 pant, and you will not find that in stores (unless it is an online return), especially not in little shops like this one. I wish I could give this location the full 5 stars due to the helpful sales personnel, the fantastic out-of-the-way location, and the always classy attire they sell. Unfortunately it is a store, and the inability to have ever actually bought anything from this location stops me from doing so. I can honestly say the only things I have ever been able to purchase at this location are either cologne, perfume, or possibly a pair of glasses.
