Prices vary based on product, but mostly they are in medium range. There's also a big sales collection as well. The aisles between racks are slim, very hard to walk by another person. She built genuine rapport, remembered people, and created an environment that made you actually want to come back. Because of her, I found myself shopping in the store at least three times a week. Jennifer, along with Jacky, made every visit enjoyable. Their energy, attentiveness, and care set them apart in a way that's hard to find. They didn't just work there they elevated the entire shopping experience. Which is why it's so frustrating and disappointing that neither of them seem to be there anymore. The turnover at this location feels constant every time I walk in, there are new faces, and the atmosphere has completely changed. It no longer feels welcoming, and honestly, it makes me not want to shop at the Paramus location at all. For customers like me who spend a significant amount of money and time in this store, the experience matters just as much as the products. Employees like Jennifer and Jacky are rare, and it's hard to understand why a company wouldn't do everything possible to retain people who clearly care about their work and their customers. There are plenty of friendly associates on the floors to help customers. I went to the Customer service/online pick up section on first floor to do a return. It was an easy process, no question asked. But there's a lack of signs around the store to figure out where things are.
