This is a newer Lululemon store located on second floor of GSP, right across the Apple store. It has really wonderful display of Lululemon products for both men and women. Alongside huge variety of apparel items, they also have shoes, socks, sling bags, water bottles and many other accessories. They also keep the latest collection released by Lululemon. Prices of items are same as the website. They have a nice fitting room section too. The few times I went to the store, I found some good men's athletic jacket and trousers. My wife also bought leggings from here too. They have bunch of fitting rooms as well, but usually there's a line when the store is crowded. Plenty of friendly staff members were walking around the store helping customers. Whenever we were in the store, it had long checkout lines, but they had multiple registers open. Love the collections here. Leggings, shorts, bra tops, regular tops and accessories are available in this location. The price is running on the high end side but the material and the look definitely worth the money. Sign up the membership to know the discount season. Very helpful staff at the fitting room area. My partner purchases from this location. Store is always well kept but very busy. Staff is functioning depending on the crowd inside the store. Sometimes not enough staff for the amount of patrons needing help. Men's pants definitely runs out frequently for 36 size. So selection might be fewer for then average stores. Left without buying anything. I came in to buy a mat. I had some questions. I was up by the checkout where two staff members were. No other customers. Neither came from behind the desk. So I wandered around a bit. My boyfriend joined me and found a shirt he liked. We went to the back so he could try it on. Still no one came back to help. I looked at the mats one more time. had a very negative experience today when trying to get information about an item. i called ahead to ask if they could fulfill my request and was told yes. when i came in to get it done i was met by an OLDER MAN WITH WHITE HAIR behind the counter. he was extremely condescending and rude when he was responding to me. making me feel like my request was stupid and so was i. apparently he couldn't help me so he took me to another worker. proceeded to speak as if i was a moron and embarrassed me. i told the woman that he brought me to (who also could not help me with my request) what had occurred and received no apology, her only response was "ok" i was uncomfortable and left without any resolution and felt embarrassed to go back in. doesn't hurt to be kind smh read more

WOOHOO! As good as it gets! = solely because it's TAX FREE The store itself is moderately sized, not the biggest lulu I've been in but certainly not the smallest one. The selection seemed decent. Though the layout of the store is a little awkward. I missed the entire front section because I thought it was all men's stuff. They had long sleeves and coats near the register. Oh well, lucky for my bank account I missed that section. The staff there was nice and like all the lululemons gave honest helpful advice on the stuff I tried on. read more

I really like there leggings and tops! The leggings are so comfortable and are great for anything and the tops are great to wear anywhere!

Not all Lulus have sales racks (Grant St location in Sf cough), but this one has plenty! They pack tons of expensive spandex into their tiny little shop. The girl who helped me was very nice and I don't look like a typical Lulu shopper. If you think you won't fit into Lulu, never fear. Their sizes are actually super generous. Are there cheaper work out clothes? Yep. Are there less cheesy marketing campaigns ("children are the orgasm of life?" really?)? Absolutely. But their clothes are super flattering, even to the non workout obsessed. And that's really what matters the most to me. read more

They just relocated and did a remodel which is pretty nice, especially the exterior. The staff is helpful and nice but at the same time a bit lazy if that makes any sense? Girls in their 20's who act like they are helping but just go back to gossiping. But if you chase them once or twice they will eventually help out. The thing that upsets me most about this store is the lack of options! For a store in one of the highest grossing malls in America you would think they would have better selection, more stock/sizes and a bigger store. It's practically the same size as the old location. I actually enjoyed the other store better. Now, I am not sure if it's Lululemon as a whole or just this location that is doing poorly. Lululemon as a brand has been failing a bit lately so I can't pinpoint who is as fault here. I much prefer Zella (very similar to Lululemon) sold at Nordstrom just down the hallway. read more

Hot! Hot! Hot! Wow, this place was sweltering on Saturday. The heat was jacked up and explained why all the employees at this Lululemon were scantily dressed. Might that explain their overall sour attitudes? Except for one guy who greeted my sister and me and told us that items on sale were an additional $10 off, everyone else was so haughty and hostile. As usual, many final sale items were placed alongside regular priced merchandise. One good thing about this place was a couple of racks full of sale items with all sizes and different items. I was able to snag a boom juice fluffed up pullover for $69. The dressing rooms were in the back and the area seemed pack. Lots of people were in the store this past Saturday although it was hard to tell whether they were working or shopping. The Lululemon bag I got to take home my pullover had a small hole in it. read more

I love lululemon wear, especially the pants and tanktops. They're pricey but I wear them so often that I find the prices reasonable. I am a facebook fan of the Garden State Plaza Lululemon and I read their latest post to come in and check out the new styles. I went in yesterday and walked toward the back where the pants are. There was a saleswoman with dark hair, lots of piercings and a hairclip folding clothes. I innocently asked her where the new "styles" were and she ignored me. I continued on that I had read on their site that they just got in some new styles. She turned around and goes, You mean prints? and just stared at me with an annoyed look. I said, sure, and she pointed at one and goes thats a new black one, and returned to her folding. another guy came out and said to the sales woman, "aren't you going to tell her about the new so and so..." and she simply ignored her coworker, and continued to ignore me. I get it, you're pissed off that you have to work in a New Jersey Mall all day, but Seriously, if I had to work at any store in the mall I'd choose lululemon due to the benfits like free yoga classes and a discount on my favorite clothing. It just isn't fair that she was rude to me, put me in a horrible mood, and now I don't want to buy lululemon clothes anymore. It seems that Lululemon has this monopoly because they are the only yoga clothes that look and feel great. I have recently discovered Lululemon on a more personal level, as I've often walked past it, but never had taken much interest until after having my son and getting my butt back into the gym. I have found motivation in new cute workout gear, and I am now a huge fan of this store, in particular the jackets. I came in today as I have a few times before, and it's always the same experience. I go in, I am never greeted. Sometimes, like today, someone looks over at me as I pass, but never say anything to me. I look through the jackets and the bras, and I even got pretty close to a sales girl with some cool mesh leggings, but she avoided my glance and kept walking. I don't know why. I get it, I'm not a white girl, but I think I deserve at least a "hi welcome" or a "are you finding everything ok?" Or whatever they say here. I tried on two different jackets and walked to the mirror, and I found it bizarre none approached me or helped me find a size or style. I did witness a sales girl talking and helping a couple up front, and she seemed to be checking up on them, so I know customer service exists to some degree. I had seen some cool sports bras on sale, but I wasn't sure my size and since I already felt kind of awkward, I decided not to go looking for anyone to help me. The atmosphere just seems so pretentious, and unwelcoming, but luckily the clothes are awesome! When I decided on a jacket, I went to pay. The same girl who passed me by a thousand times checked me out. She never asked if I found everything ok, nor did she try to up sell me etc, as I noticed the other two girls were Doing with their customers. Just an uncomfortable, unwelcoming experience. I went there to buy and spend money, not to look around. I like their clothes and style. Its a pit pricey, but I work out everyday and I wanted something nice to wear. Well lets just say, I will never shop there! I went there and a sales lady was showing me these sweaters, which I was thinking of buying. She was telling me its good for running, and than she looked at me "up and down" and said... "or walking." Sort of indicating that I didn't have the typical "runner's body". Well sorry hun, but I do run 4 miles four times a week, plus i do yoga and kickboxing. I have a thyroid condition, which prevents me to lose weight and kidney problems due to my thyroid condition. I've been the same size since highschool. I did not appreciate that disguesting comment, ruined my day and now I have an inner dislike towards this store and the employees. Well guess what, I shit money and I will not spend one dime in that store or ever come back to it. Ladies, unless ur a size zero and a bimbo, i wouldnt recommend ever entering into this store, if u do decide to go in there, procceed with caution.! I visit this amazing store about 3 times a month.... I am a fitness professional and my job calls for great workout wear... I wear workout performance wear about 80 percent of the time....Along with this store I visit numerous other Lulu's as well in the course of my travels in different states and Garden State Plaza NJ Lulu is the best! I love the staff at Garden State they are so Very helpful and accommodating... They greet you, smile and try to ensure all of your needs are met....actually they are so fab I am thinking of calling corporate to let them know exactly what a beautiful job Garden State does with their customer base... Got some yoga wear from here over the weekend what a great exp. plus free hemming

Horribly rude employees.They had a jacket that was on sale in every other store, including the website. I tried to order it over the phone. I called at 9:55AM to make sure I could get someone to check on it, since I know it was the last one available in that size and color. The manager who answered told me she couldn't help me because it wasn't 10, and I should call back when the store is open, instead of asking for my name and number to call me back when the registers were open - I think that would have been better service from a manager. Anyways, I called back at 10AM on the dot over and over and the phone was busy for an hour straight. I left a voicemail, and then finally got someone on the phone. She rang me up and took my information to do a send sale. When she told me it was a totally higher price than all the other stores, I asked her if they could do a price match (as most good managers do when the item is on sale at the other stores especially the website, even though they are different). She said "ugh NO, we can't match it for you" and hung up the phone. We didn't get disconnected, and if we had she had my phone number and would have called me back. We called back to try to get a manager on the phone to see if they could still order the jacket and she (the manger named Cassandra) said "we have five other people who want this coat, so we don't really care about the pricing, and we are a high volume store so can do whatever we want." She also proceeded to say that she could do anything she wanted to, and if she felt like helping us, she would have indeed matched the price, but she didn't want to. As a big customer here and a salesperson at Self Magazine, I have never received customer service like this from lululemon, as it is a company that is always helpful. Although I am a devoted fan of Lululemon, I am not a fan of this store and their policies. I find the employees to be generally unhelpful and rude. The girl with the curly hair (manager?) has an especially grating personality. On one occasion, while purchasing an item, I mentioned that I owned a pair of WUC that were excessively pilling. I care for my items very well, following the care instructions. She told me that the pilling was not in fact pilling, but an "abrasion", and she would not be able to exchange for a new item. Lululemon should stand by their product. I pay a premium for quality merchandise. If I wanted to buy cheap exercise clothing, I'd shop at Target. I also don't like that this store won't hold an item. I'm not going to drive 20 minutes to the mall, if I can't be guaranteed that the item is available. Don't even get me started on the return policy. Where's the customer service, Lululemon? read more
