This is one of the biggest Adidas outlet stores that I have been in. It's full of new, seasonal and…read moreregular products available for men, women and kids. Apparel and shoes are the biggest inventory but there are also many accessories like socks, bags, water bottles, and many more. It took me a while to surf around the whole store. They had lots of promotions, 50% off on soccer jerseys, 30% discount on athlete wear and upto 70% off on clearance rack items. Fitting rooms were available behind the shoe shelves. But the store seemed little unorganized. I felt themed sections were randomly placed without much cohesion. Lots of associates were available all over the store who were assisting customers in different sections, and also several registers were open to handle the long checkout line.

I was able to call the store and confirm my order was in stock and ready to be picked up. Bonus - it was ready days before the estimated time of arrival. Parking was crazy, but it's Jersey Gardens, that's to be expected. However, I do love how the store is conveniently close to the entrance/exit by the movie theater. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted by a kind gentleman wearing a headset. No more than 5 minutes later, I was handed my purchase. It was a breeze! No chaos, no fuss.

Alongside huge variety of apparel items, they also have shoes, socks, sling bags, water bottles and many other accessories. They also keep the latest collection released by Lululemon. Prices of items are same as the website. They have a nice fitting room section too. The few times I went to the store, I found some good men's athletic jacket and trousers. My wife also bought leggings from here too. They have bunch of fitting rooms as well, but usually there's a line when the store is crowded. Plenty of friendly staff members were walking around the store helping customers. Whenever we were in the store, it had long checkout lines, but they had multiple registers open. They also gave really nice bags with the purchase.

Sizes were a good mix of XS on up, and they had a good inventory of the new items. Materials have gotten a lot thinner - compared to their old Define jackets and more - less padding and warmth in the Fall lines, and prices are a touch up. Their colors are more bright magenta, pinks, light blues and faded grey/blues. My shoppers looking more for their classic bright blues but didn't find anything they liked in the colors they wanted.

Dear Banana Republic Customer Service,…read more I am writing to share one of the most embarrassing and upsetting customer service experiences I have ever had at one of your stores. I have been a loyal customer of the Banana Republic location at 101 Liberty St. #1420, New York, NY 10006, as it is conveniently located near my office. About a week ago, I purchased a pair of off-white jeans. They only had one pair available in my size. When the sales associate brought them to me, I noticed visible dirty marks around both front pockets and on the back of the jeans. I asked whether another pair was available, but I was told there was not. Because I was in a hurry, I decided to purchase them anyway. On July 30, I returned to the store because I had decided not to wear the jeans and wanted to return them. As soon as I showed them to one of the sales associates, she immediately asked whether I had worn them. I explained that I had not and reminded her that the jeans already had those marks when I purchased them. She said she needed to call the manager. When the manager arrived, she did not introduce herself or greet me. Instead, her first question was, "Did you wear these pants?" Before responding, I simply said, "Good afternoon," because I expected at least a basic level of courtesy. She then told me the store could not accept the return because of the condition of the jeans. Once again, I explained that the marks were already there when I purchased them. Rather than handling the situation privately and professionally, the manager walked over to another display table, held up a different pair of jeans in front of other customers, and loudly stated, "This is how the pants should look when they haven't been worn." At that moment, I felt publicly accused of being dishonest. I told her that this conversation should not be taking place in front of other customers because it was humiliating and inappropriate. I left the store feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unfairly judged. As a Latino Black man, the interaction left me feeling profiled and treated differently. While I cannot speak to anyone's intent, the way I was approached, questioned, and publicly challenged made me feel discriminated against. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism, especially when there is no evidence of wrongdoing. I am not only disappointed by the outcome but also by the manner in which I was treated. Regardless of the store's return policy, there is a respectful and private way to handle concerns with a customer. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would appreciate being contacted by someone from your Customer Relations team to discuss this experience and the conduct of the store manager. I believe this matter deserves review so that no other customer has a similar experience.

She was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and made what can sometimes feel like a stressful back-to-school task so easy and actually fun. She took the time to make sure both of my kids were comfortable in their uniforms, that everything fit properly, and even helped make sure they were happy and comfortable with their shoes. She never made us feel rushed and truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable. Customer service like this makes such a difference, especially when shopping with kids. The value may not be the best, but when you're looking for something specific and they hit the mark, it's great! I needed some black, flower earrings for a party and they had the perfect pair! I also found some adorable olive earrings.
