Flynn O'Hara Uniforms is by no means close to my home and I could certainly order online. However, we drive down, just so we can see Ms. Carol. What a gem! Always so willing to help. She gives you her undivided attention throughout your visit. Service with a smile doesn't even describe it. She shares conversation, her knowledge and her beautiful smiles. I have a kilt on back order from September 4,2025. Now on November 5,2025 I received a message from Eric and they are now saying the ETA date will be November 17. This is the third time the order for this single kilt has been changed and my child is the only one in the class that does not have their school uniform I am not happy with the customer service and delivery. read more

I visited the Flynn O'Hara location 2 days ago to make an exchange. The service from the gentleman (sorry I didn't ask him his name) who took care of me was above and beyond! Love the inventory there as I feel they carry more in stock than at another location. The price point and quality of their uniforms is the same as what you'd pay for other quality clothes. I had heard that this place gets very busy in July and August so decided to take a trip right when the store opened. The place is incredibly clean and organized. I could not be more pleased. I was assisted by Irene and she was incredible. She patiently waited for my daughter to try on all items and gave me practical advice on quantities and sizing. She was so kind & accommodating - - the experience was beyond my expectations. I would recommend planning ahead and making sure you devote 1.5 to 2 hours for the whole experience. The store is towards the back of a small shopping center with a Dunkin Donuts nearby. Parking is plentiful. I went to get my son's uniform and it was a breath of fresh air to shop at this location compared to when I've had to shopped in the Bronx. The manager, Michael, and the other staff members were welcoming, professional, patient and kind. It was truly a great experience to shop here! Beyond pleased and an easy experience! Visited the Emerson location and everyone was extremely helpful from start to finish. Jada was kind and patient with my daughter while we figured out the best sizes and tried on different styles. It is apparent that the store is clean, well organized and the employees knowledgeable and efficient. We were immediately asked which school we were affiliated with and they looked it up and then showed us our specific options. Several teen employees also helped us with the decals for the shirts and checking us out at the end. Everyone was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Truly competent staff and refreshing to see young adults interact in such a professional manner. I am glad we went early in the summer as I can imagine its get busier closer to September. I highly recommend the Emerson location and have no doubt they will treat both the parent and child(ren) with the utmost respect. read more

First time going to Flynn O'Hara as my daughter is starting Kindergarten this September. We walked in and was greeted by a young first time worker who was sweeter than pie but wasn't very knowledgeable of the product or what we might actually need considering this is her first year. There was a more experienced sales person there who came over and tried to help but the store manager Antionette pulled her away to help other customers that walked in after us. The manager, Antionette, did not acknowledge us the entire time we were there although we asked several times for assistance. You would think spending over $400 would guarantee you good customer service but unfortunately not the case at this store. HORRIBLE manager, horrible customer service - i will NOT be going back to that store location again! read more

Fabrics do not hold up even over a few months. Poor customer service. They would not take an item back as a return even though it was never worn and still had all its tags. They said they 'couldn't find it in their system.' ???? read more
