Long story short, she is not strong enough to get up and go to the toilet, and as she had used the Purewick in the hospital, I was intent on getting her one for home, as the adult diapers were not able to contain the...well, you get it! Someone told me that Broadway Medical had these, I called and Rob could not have been more helpful, understanding or kind. He held the machine for me, and within and hour, I was home with the Purewick! I can't say enough how kind and helpful Rob and his assistant Krystal were! They will help submit the medical documents to Medicare, another thing I dreaded doing! This is an OUTSTANDING business, local, and I only hope this review (and my previous review) encourage you to head there for all of your medical device needs!!!

Last month, I stopped in his medical supply store in Westwood, NJ and sought help to fix the wheel on my 97-year-old mother's walker as she waited out in my car. He told me he could not help. While I was there, I also had questions on how he filed the Medicare claim on behalf of my mom who purchased a wheelchair from him for $275 back in March. Apparently Medicare was supposed to pay for part of it and reimburse my mother, but that's not what happened. HE was being reimbursed monthly by Medicare. Yes, he would then send a check to my mom, but I questioned why it happened this way. With that, he got indignant, angry, and started screaming at me, saying I came in here and asked for something for free and then I accused him of wrongdoing. (which afterwards, when calling Medicare, they did confirm he filed my mother's claim incorrectly.) I got upset and told him I was going to give him a bad review. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. So I reached to take a business card off the counter. As I turned around to leave, he was right there, body blocking me! I told him not to touch me, as I myself am a 75-year-old woman, so there is no need to be confrontational for my asking a question. With that he turned around, took my mother's walker, opened up the door and shoved it out onto the sidewalk. He's the most hot tempered, unprofessional human being I've ever met. Definitely find another medical supply place to go to.

They had a wide selection of reasonably priced sneakers and dress shoes. Beautiful shoes for both boys and girls. The baby picked some Nikes that looked great. They have return policy (I think it's within 3 weeks) but I strongly suggest you get both of the kids' feet measured to make an informed decision. I highly recommend this wonderful shop.

Then I received an email confirmation that the order was being processed. That was 7/21. The status never changed. I place a call to customer service last week and spoke with someone utterly incompetent. Today I spoke with a competent customer service person but the item is NO LONGER IN STOCK. What? I never received any notification from Chico's and it's been 21 days! Apparently, no one pulled the order and the item and the order disappeared. And there is no manager-level person to speak with for 24-48 hours. I also no longer like shopping in the stores for the reasons expressed in other reviews - I feel like I'm bothering the staff. Generally they're gathered around the sales desk, clucking about someone else's wayward daughter or Jennifer Aniston's latest boyfriend... waaay too busy to acknowledge your presence. I'm not a huge Chico's fan to begin with, although I'm right in their zip code... middle-aged and a little plump. Some of the jewelry is interesting, and once or twice a year I actually find a shirt that's not sized to fit John Goodman. Most of the stuff is so "Here's some pull-on pants and garish tops to disguise your lack of waist" but it only draws attention to the problem. If you have that problem. Which I don't. Really. I don't. Everything is so very shiny and synthetic, in hideous animal prints (so edgy!) and since one trend is never enough, they usually throw in handfuls of sparkly rhinestones or "fun" beading on top of it. Their "unique" sizing system (1, 2, 3, 4) is just stupid...what's wrong with S,M,L,XL? Or even Tall, Grande and Venti? I've never actually bought anything in the Woodcliff Lake store. First of all, giraffe-print chiffon scarves went out in the '80's. And secondly, I don't want any of those gossiping gals to get a penny of commission from me. If you really want a 'Chico's kind of day' I recommend the much smaller Westwood store. It's hard to navigate (there are racks and tables everywhere) but the saleswomen are friendly and helpful. The sales are great at either store. It's definitely the place to go if you're looking for that special rayon t-shirt with a silk-screened panda on it. (Rhinestone eyes!)

Came through when I needed them…read more Long story as short as possible - I had went to one of their other locations to pick up something for my son, but they didn't have it there. They ended up having it here and agreed to hold it for me to come the next day (it was also the last one they had). So I ended up here. I've never been to a Men's Wearhouse before and was now in my second one in less than 24 hours - and just like the other location, I was impressed overall with the neatness, selections, and the friendly employees. I can't say enough how friendly everyone was here and that certainly does go a long way. I found the jacket that they held for me and my son was happy to have gotten the jacket he wanted. I was appreciative they held it. Located in Rockland Plaza, there is more than enough parking spaces in the large lot. While I don't live in the immediate area, I'd definitely come here again.

With that info, the store associate is then able to recommend the best sneakers for your own foot. It's pretty spot on. The young man that worked with us (I didn't get his name) was patient and super knowledgeable. He bought out about 5 pairs of sneakers each for my husband and I to try on. We went on a Saturday at just the right time as it got super crowded right after we arrived. There is metered street parking right out front and some really cool shops on the same block.
