This was the worst customer service. I have ever received. I purchased 2 shirts which in turn did not fit me. I returned today, 2 days after my purchase to exchange for a smaller size. The manager told me I could not return one because it had no tags & it had 2 "small marks" which were nonexistent!!!! Then he said that it did not look like the shirt in the store. I then asked him to compare that shirt with the one in the store and he said he wouldn't!!!!! I've never written a bad review but that's how bad this store was. I will continue to write bad reviews on this store to every platform I can. Do not come to this store. I wish I could give it no stars that's how bad! read more

Very organized and wide selection of jeans/pants for men. I'm a larger frame man and they had plenty of styles that fit me. Huge selection of boots as well. The gentleman working was very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

Just left this store in absolute disgust. Incredibly rude sales woman (with blonde hair and glasses) threw an item onto the bench after I placed it on a rack and started cursing under her breath This sales person was also so rude to another woman, I watched the customer put her items down and walk out of the store I will never come back to this store Learn customer service!! read more

The staffing in the store is terrible. There is no customer service. We were totally ignored and when we asked for help they were too busy chatting behind the desk cursing and talking about their social life to be bothered! There was three people behind the desk and when I asked for a dressing room to be opened I had to stand there waiting until they argued over who was going to open it! I hope the manager or the owner are aware of what's going on in their store when they're not there. This customer will never go back read more

I came into Work n' Gear to look for scrubs. They have the popular scrubs brands like Cherokee, Dickies and Grey's Anatomy Scrubs. The scrubs they do have are in basic colors, with a lot of options when it comes to sizing. Some of the brands they have online are not sold in this store. This is a great little shop for work clothes. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Their clearance sales are unreal.

The place is very well stocked and the gentleman there is phenomenal. He kindly kept me from buying pants that wouldn't suit my needs. Asked what I needed them for, suggested a size and led me to a dressing room. If you need help, ask! I was out in 5 minutes with a great pair of scrub pants. I have to agree with JOLLEN J she did a review 4 months ago . The blonde girl that has a tattoo behind her right ear is down right VERY rude. She talks about people underneath her breath after talking to them on the phone. I asked if she could please open the door to the fitting room and she looks at me at the side of her eye with her stank ass attitude... When it was time for me to pay I also return some item that was previously purchased. She took the items from the bag I had given her and threw it over her left hand side corner. She threw it so hard it landed on the floor on my side which I had to pick up for her and she did not even say THANK YOU. Her name is JULIE by the way. As soon as I left the store she ran out to smoke her cigarette hopefully she was clocked OUT and not using company's time...How does a person with this kind of attitude be even given a job here ? was there today to purchase 2 pairs of boots and safety outerwear. i walked by 2 employees, no greeting or offer of assistance. i was interested in some boots and had some questions, walked over to the register to the employee slumped in a chair staring down at his phone wearing ear pods. finally got his attention and lazy attitude when i asked for a size. it was like i was bothering him because i wanted to spend some money. well, he didn't have the sizes i needed, didn't offer an alternative, didn't offer to check another location or possible next shipment. The other employee was sitting on a stool head buried into her phone totally oblivious to the lady with her hands full trying to find sizes on a rack. SAD! in my case they lost some good sales and repeat customers. The employees were a bad reflection upon the store and should look for a different line of work. read more
