Reasonable prices and kind service. They deliver which is a huge plus for my elderly mom.

This place has changed so much. I see other commenters saying there was change of ownership. This makes sense. I had a bad experience there today and I'll never go back Last year I had an experience where they shorted me thirty pills of a prescription. I was very happy with them at the time and figured it was just a freak accident so I let it go. I should have learned my lesson then though. What a joke read more

Wayne Pharmacy and Surgical are wonderful! I have using them for 2 years and have always had positive experiences. Today I received exceptional customer service from Debbie and Jr! They spent hours helping me get an affordable price for a prescription drug which is not covered under my insurance. My doctor's office was not available to assist and I needed the prescription today. Debbie was able to get me a discount matching Good RX which people over age 65 are not eligible to use. Debbie went many extra miles and I am getting my prescription today. Thank you Debbie and Jr for your patience and perseverance. Wayne Pharmacy and Surgical is the best! read more

I can't believe the chaos at this pharmacy since new ownership! I left the chain pharmacy because of constant inefficiency and aggravations and here I am again. Incorrect prescriptions given so make sure you open your bag before you leave. read more

I honestly essentially can't say enough about Wayne Pharmacy. Miranda was so helpful with my mom because she needed a Rollator/wheelchair. Her efficiency in getting it to my mom was like no other. They were able to order one that was very specific to her needs, and it was beyond my expectations. Everything was done efficiently according to her insurance. Hamza Q was so helpful in executing all my mom's needs. The community of Wayne should be so grateful to have such an efficient and friendly and kind pharmacy. I would not do my business anywhere but there. read more

went to the pharmacy and Maria helped me. She was very kind, professional, and provided excellent service. I really appreciate her help."

This is an excellent pharmacy located in Wayne! so attentive to costumers needs and the staff is super nice (which you don't usually get from pharmacies these days). Nikki the technician came around from the back to personally write down the name of a product for me and Hector, the driver, assisted me in finding a nebulizer machine. It was like I was a VIP costumer! Even Debbie the pharmacist was helpful in providing me with information. Wow! what a gem of a place right in my backyard! Thank you to all of the excellent staff. This place is highly recommended. read more

The service here is stellar, couldn't believe how fast I got my goods. I was in and out in and out before I could even count to 10, Matt helped me out big time with exactly what I needed and made sure I felt welcome with a big smile on his face. read more

This place used to be great however ownership has changed and things have changed not for the better. You call in a script and you arrive the next day. They don't have them. They always seemed rushed and disorganized. Often they don't have the medication you need. People are nice enough However, every time I go there lately, I'm waiting around for them to fill things. I've called in the day before. Wish this could work like it did in the past. read more

Are you having trouble getting your large chain, big box pharmacy to answer the phone? does your large chain big box pharmacy run out of hard to get prescription medication (like children's antibiotics) occasionally? Do you feel like your pharmacy doesn't even know who you are? Do you find yourself going to the pharmacy because you can't get answers. I've been there, and done that.... Go to Wayne Pharmacy, they have real people who work there. The actually answer the phone and talk to you when you need help. They are knowledgeable and provide explanations you can understand. They work with you (and your doctor) if you have a problem. You can get vaccinated for the flu/COVID without any hassles. Why would you go anywhere else?? read more

A great pharmacy, with wonderful, highly competent staff. Once I switched here from a chain pharmacy, I never looked back! The pharmacists and staff are always so helpful and nice. I've been going here for years and appreciate the personal experience they give, rather than the chains where you're treated like just a number. read more

I wish I knew why it took me a year to find this pharmacy. This is the most convenient pharmacy you will ever find! First off, they are open seven days a week (yes, seven!). During the week they are open late, I believe until like 7 or 8pm most nights. They always have my prescription in stock. That right there made me happy. My old pharmacy would need a day notice so they could order it. I am never there more than 10 minutes. Most of the time I can be in and out in less than five minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. They never get annoyed when you have a question for them. I believe they also deliver if you need it but I'm not sure on that one. Being that my apartment complex is right next door, I have never had the need for this service. They also have a large variety of different supplies in stock. This includes basic HBA supplies to walkers to specialized sneakers / shoes. read more

This is a great local Pharmacy, their hours are great, the staff is very friendly, no matter how busy the pharmacy counter is, they will help you out with what ever you need. Unlike the retail pharmacy's in area I never am told that it will be ready later. In fact, I have never needed to wait more then 10 minutes for any medication (even if it's a written RX) I also noticed they have a large selection of surgical supplies which is good if you may need them read more

I had a problem with my husband's walker. Helen couldn't have been nicer. She alerted me to the fact that the walker had a lifetime warrantee, called the company, ordered not only one, but two models for him to choose from. She even assembled it to our needs! Top rate !! read more

Great customer service, never have to wait long! Know what their doing, very professional staff !

I've been going to Wayne Pharmacy for over 5+ years now. I love the personal attention I get when I go there. Whenever I have questions about medications or just health and wellbeing in general, they always take the time to assist and help out. Barbara is fantastic! read more

Ed, Barbara and Debbie are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't know something they will research it rather than "winging" it which could be detrimental. You don't feel like a number as in CVS, etc. read more
