This review is for the pharmacy only. I am not reviewing the pharmacists but the workers who assist in the pharmacy. There are two , both young males, who are frequently rude and unhelpful. If you ask them a question, you would think you are asking them for a hand-out because of the way they respond , I suggest that since they obviously are put out by their jobs, they look for new employment. read more

Pharacist was Rude. I had a reaction to an over the counter medicine. I only took one pill. I tried to exchange it for a similar medication with different active ingredients and the pharmacist said i should have bought the correct one and refused. read more

It was midnight and needed Motrin for the child. This place is 25 hrs. What I loved most is that they had plenty of stock. CVS definitely ensures they have the right inventory in this location. The one in my town is almost the complete opposite. Would definitely recommend this place for any important need. read more

I thought it was an advantage that the pharmacy is open 24hrs. Maybe to some, if you come here pack a lunch. 1 person in the pharmacy thats open. 3 lines one to pick up, 1 for consulation and one to drop off. If any line has people in it your beat if your in another line. Be prepared to basically be turned into a skeleton waiting. read more

They are good for prescriptions. I have not had issues ever. Even if I travel I find a CVS and then they connect with my regular CVS and have gotten my prescriptions while away. The other items are a good variety prices are just ok. Like the Wayne one at the falls they are 24 hours. read more

Still no results from cvs thet stole my money on September 16 sold me a fraudulent gift card in the amount of $320 never left the store with it b4 it was discovered that the card was fraudulent yet they still refuse to refund my money but now i am filing a complaint with the attorney generals office please people do not purchase gift cards from CVS i believe when this finaly does get to court its going to come out that this is common practice for cvs i dont think the american puplic should do any kind of business with this company i believe they know that these cards are frequently purchased by illegal immigrants who have no recourse or no way to take action against them and c as nt stand up for their rights so cvs is mzking a fortune off of these people read more

I always come to this CVS not only because its the closest one (the bottom of my hill neighborhood), but they always have my prescriptions on time when i refill them, and they also always fill my prescriptions in an amazing time when i drop it off. They have a wide variety of products in there store, a large parking lot that is only half used from customers, good security for any criminal. The pharmacy will accept almost all cards for your prescriptions and log it in under that prescription so you don't have to keep presenting your card every time you pick up the one prescription (or at least for my BC pills they did). The only CVS around my area that is 24/7 it really comes in handy. The only down fall is they do not have exterior cameras and if they do, they told me and my mother they did not when her car got keyed in the parking lot probably from the person next to us at the time. read more

Needed a late night pharmacy for some meds after an ER visit. This location has 24 hour pharmacy staffed. Fast and friendly service, in and out with 3 prescriptions filled in 15 minutes. Great service will use again when needed. read more

Especially with children 3 calls to get an update letter for school because the original letter was ambiguous when I tried to explain that the school will not accept a letter that's says "or 24 hours with out a fever" by a mom the "nurse" got snippy Took 4 hours to get the letter going thru hoops apps and downloads Go to a REAL doctor!! read more

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I have never had an issue with a CVS till this one. Every time I try to use this CVS something goes wrong, but this time its a multiple day problem that has resulted in me having no medication. My script gets sent in, and for some reason is on hold in the morning. I go way later that night, assuming that whatever the problem was was fixed or I would have gotten a call as thats what all other CVS's I have used do, just to get there to be told that they are out of stock of the medication. No call to me or my doctor. No care for the fact that there is a person behind that script that DEPENDS on that medication to function. I get told two days later they will have a shipment. Apparently cannot transfer it and as it is 8pm at night my doctor was clearly closed. Two days later, and it still is on hold so I call this time. Now apparently they are on backorder for this medication. I get told sorry no one called that other day they should have, etc. well why did no one call this time? Why did I have to call you? I tell this person I would like to file a complaint then against whoever failed to do their job, and she asks for the name. I tell her that, as she probably is aware, names aren't given when you go to a pharmacy as introductions aren't exactly a thing. She then tells me they wear name tags and being belittled by some CVS employee on the phone is absurd seeing as I have a vision field problem that makes reading that small font at that distance impossible. But clearly this woman wanted to make me feel like I was the problem. Well this person supposedly calls my doctor and leaves a message and then tells me they will call my doctor again in 30 minutes to be sure everything is good. Well they lied. Now my doctor calls right as they are closing saying CVS never gave them an address to send my script to. Essentially, this pharmacy has screwed me out of my medication I NEED because of their mismanagement. It is absolutely ridiculous. It is not worth choosing a 24 hour CVS because they clearly do not know how to handle the volume. read more

This review is based primarily for the PHARMACY department. I think management may need to step in and cheer these workers up. One particular female worker, was huffing and puffing the entire time she was logging me into the system and then just walked away. I am a very friendly and considerate person. Maybe it was an off day but really when you are dealing with customers it's just unprofessional. The other gentleman who was ringing people up in pharmacy had a similar flat and irritated affect. Please offer some incentives for these workers as it appears they truly hate their jobs!! read more

It's essentially what you would expect from a CVS in the middle of New Jersey. The store itself is fine, if not a bit run down, but the service and especially the customers around are fairly frightening. A quick vaccine was delayed because of no signs and no one to ask for information. As a result, I had to wait 15 minutes in the pharmacy line behind a woman arguing for $.25 on a package of oreos while both the cashier and manager argued with her. I was about to give her $.50 to just leave when finally I was acknowledged. The vaccine was fine though the attendant had far from a light touch. read more

Been using them because the Haskell CVS pharmacy is horrific so far no complaints other then they tend to get busy, always a line.

I stopped in after work today and the help I received was fantastic. The NP at the Minute Clinic was very friendly and professional. She didn't rush me at all even though I got there about 20 mins before she closed for the night. After I finished with her I went to the pharmacy counter to make sure they had my most up to date insurance on file. Not only did they have that, but my prescription was already filled! :D Definitely would recommend this store to anyone in the area. read more

We've dealt with CVS Pharmacy for many years and have had no problems until recently. They didn't have one of the medications my mother needed, which is understandable since supplies do run out. Pharmacy tech who was filling it seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. He offered to transfer the script to a nearby CVS after calling ahead to see if it was there. He picked up the phone and was on it for all of thirty seconds (was definitely less than a minute) before saying he transferred it and that it would be available for pick-up. We're new to the area and weren't aware of there being another CVS nearby, so we asked where it was. He gave us the wrong address and gave the vaguest of all directions at that. Before we could thank him, or ask him anything else, he was already calling for the next customer, completely ignoring us. For that kind of treatment, and the issues we had at this OTHER CVS branch (the one he sent us to), we decided to find another pharmacy, where we've had absolutely no problems, the staff are cheerful and friendly, and the service is a hundred times better. read more

If I can give this pharmacy 0 stars I would! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in the pharmacy department. These people are so miserable it's disgusting. I've been shopping here for almost 20 years and I was denied 3 times for my medication and told to call my insurance and figure it out on my own both times at 10 PM after a long day. A gentleman with a long beard and jewelry in it would walk behind the pharmacy and make RUDE comments towards me and other customers. Amar was completely uninterested in helping anyone. Rolled his eyes better than doing his job. I can't understand why these people are so miserable. This man was even rude to the women ringing up customers (that worked there) infront of customers. It was extremely uncomfortable. When needed a supervisor no one was there no one answered there phones and no one was on call. I will never shop at this CVS AGAIN! I am disgusted and I will spend the word so that no one else experiences this mess. Before I forget there is about 50 HUGE POTHOLES in their parking lot. Completely UNSAFE! Management needs to step it up and clean house because what I used to think was a good location actually is filled with HORRIBLE MISERABLE people who care about nothing not even your health which is surprising when you are a PHARMACIST! This review is for the pharmacy. That place is a joke. The phone system doesnt work properly, so you call in your order, it tells you it went through, but it doesnt. So when you go to get it, its not ready. The staff is incompetent, they give you a glazed eye look when you ask the simplest question. They never do what they say they are going to do. if you need the minute clinic get there before 7 pm even though the hours are posted open until 7:30 . Due to work schedule I arrived at 6:50 pm on two occasions and the kisock is locked down could not sign in .
