I was away from home on business and got a call from my mother that the chair was wobbeling and the chair was not working properly . I called Lake Surgical about the problem. They sent a repairman out to my mothers apartment to fix the chair 2 hours later. The repairman found her water bottle stuck under her chair so the chair was not stable. They were very polite to my mother and they did not send me a bill for helping my mother. I was very happy that they helped my mother.
