I wish I could add more stars!! To start off have been ill for 1 year after getting food poisoning so bad trip to ER a procedure as well. I also have a dairy allergy Every time my doctor gave me a prescription it had dairy in it and was caught by one of the great Pharmacist here at Robinsons. About 3 weeks ago i got a call from Dr Kim asking if i would be willing to try 2 supplements that he felt would help the situation i was in. I started to feel better the first week. I wait till the 3rd week to go back to Dr. Kim . I wanted to make sure I was really heading in the right direction. It has been a year since I have felt this good. I also can leave the house go out to work and be social with not having to worry. I am so grateful for his knowledge. He also really cares about his clients well being. I don't think I would have been in such good hands anywhere else. Dr Kim I can't thank you enough for caring ,taking the time to reach out to me and having such knowledgeable staff. read more

Robinson's may be fine for regular prescriptions but NOT good for compounded pharmacy needs! I called in my refill and was told it wouldn't be ready for at least a week. The previous refill took two days (very inconsistent). Then I received numerous texts saying the script was ready. My husband picked up the script which was $70. I opened the bottle to find 10 pills (1/3) of the ordered amount. Had we known we were getting a partial refills after waiting over a week, we would have only paid for what we received. Then I was told they would contact us when the remainder was ready for pick up. Another week went by and no word. During this time the patient became very ill and unfortunately passed. I called the pharmacy and spoke to a young worker and asked to cancel the order due to our loss. He told me it was already ready for pick up and he would need to talk to the owner. The young worker called back a few days later and said that our script was filled and paid for and we would not be refunded for the pills that were never given to us and never picked up! There were no kind words or anything. I was just told that I can pick up the pills I paid for (for the dead patient). Next time they don't provide a full refill after taking so long, they should give the customer the option of paying for what they are getting. And if they can't keep up with compounding orders in a timely manner, don't take people's money and promise to provide the medication as needed. AND when someone dies, DON'T keep their money for pills you NEVER provided (never called and said they were ready) and tell them they can pick them up!!! I will be using Valor Compounding online for any needs going forward. I've heard they are MUCH cheaper and have excellent service. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY - NOT THE CUSTOMER. read more

My husband's doctor recommended this pharmacy for a prescription. Called it in, was charged on December 20th, it is now January 11th still no prescription. Thank goodness it wasn't for something life threatening. When he called to check on the order he was hung up on, on the second attempt the person who answered the phone had no clue how to check the status of an order and didn't seem to care. When my husband finally got the manager, they weren't very helpful either. Said they would check and get back to my husband the next day. They didn't, he had to call back. Worst customer service EVER. Will never use again. read more

Not a fan at all of the new location. We were told they could not mail our scripts after being customers for over 20 years( pre J. Kim) . Needless to say we have changed pharmacies and when we called to speak with J.K. A call was NOT returned. read more
