I ordered a product from Walmart.com that was delivered from the store in Clinton, NJ using a…read moredelivery service called Spark. Apparently, this is a Walmart brand delivery company. The Spark driver used Google maps and the GPS system sent him to a totally different street than the one that was on my order. Instead of questioning that something seems wrong, the driver left my package at someone else's house and took a picture of someone else's door. When I called Walmart, both the store and the 1-800 customer service number, both informed me that the package was delivered and no error had been made, and they refused to send out another driver, or track my package, or refund my money. Basically, they said it was now MY problem. They had the audacity to blame Google. Google GPS is not infallible, and sometimes does not always work. This is widely known. This is why HUMAN beings with a brain sometimes need to think before doing something that looks questionable. If a package/order has a delivery address on it and Google takes them somewhere else, that driver should either call the contact number given on the order or take the merchandise back to the store for further clarification. So let this be a warning to anyone ordering online at Walmart. They do not guarantee the accuracy of their delivery service and brainwashed all their employees to make the customer feel guilty about being angry. The low level employees were all super empathetic, but were powerless to help. The managers who do have the power to help had no empathy and continued to push a ridiculous conclusion that they and their deliver driver did nothing wrong. To quote Tom Cruise as Charlie Babbot in "Rainman", "Walmart sucks!" Buyer beware...shop Amazon instead!

The pharmacy technician was doing their best to help, but the pharmacist, Zarish, was nowhere to be found--she was outside on a personal phone call while I waited. When she finally returned, she was still on the call and told the person to "hold on" so she could discuss my medication with me. Discussing private health information while actively on the phone is incredibly unprofessional and feels like a serious privacy concern. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time occurrence. Every visit involves waiting while Zarish is on her phone(not the store work phone) It's dismissive, inconsiderate, and raises serious concerns about professionalism and patient care. Walgreens, you need to address this.

There were SO many silicone suture strips to choose from and he even stayed for a minute to help explain the differences between the two. The box I chose to purchase was the last one on display there and it looked damaged and crinkly and no others were in stock. The young woman at the front desk who checked me out was nice enough to knock 25% off of it for me! Store seems calm, well managed, very organized. If your looking for snacks they have plenty of that.....emergency milk and even ice cream. Cases of water are for sale. Batteries, paper plates, detergent, etc. Rite Aid comes in handy in a pinch. It's a clean store with good employees as well. I'm hoping they don't close. Rite Aid seems to be disappearing and it would be a shame if this one closed.

I know that, but it usually takes about 20min. I was told they're not understaffed, this is normal and I just have to wait. So I will now have to wait multiple days to have a simple prescription filled here, I will seriously have to consider having any prescriptions filled here in the future, which is sad because they are the closest and most convenient, and up to now were also seemed the most efficient.
