CVS Three Bridges I've had a difficult time with this employee (Leah) multiple times. I went in a few months ago to get some medicine OTC, went to the front desk to pay. She swapped the medication I had for the 1 month supply when I paid for the 3 month supply. I went back into the store and confronted her, and asked for the correct item that I brought up to the register and paid for. She had a whole fit and accused me of being a bad customer when she SWITCHED MY PRODUCT WITH A DIFFERENT ONE. I went in the other night (closest CVS to me -- unfortunately). Leah was there, when I walked into the store she gave me a very dirty glare. I didn't see my medicine in stock so I went the long way around the store to see if they had any remaining behind the register (the long way was to avoid her). I see the medicine I need is behind the register, wonderful! I picked up a few things on my way to Leah to ask her if I can purchase the item behind the register. With the most disgusting attitude she responded with "the 3 or 1 month"... I responded with "I'd prefer the one month but I'll take what's available, but I'm not interested in your disrespectful tone and attitude." I collected a few more items so I wasn't "following" her to the front of the store. Met her at the register and she claimed she had a 'bad experience' with a customer, I interrupted her and said, "that was me, would you like to continue what you were saying?". She responded with, "I thought so". I stated, "I approached you in a calm manner asking for something only you can get for me, there is no need for your disrespect and attitude. if you're going to disrespect someone, be ready for the consequences that follow. I will not be spoken to in a rude manner, especially when I was being respectful." She didn't respond. And decided to say my nails are pretty. I didn't respond, payed and left the store. Is this the type of employees you're hiring? Not making sure the product they're selling is the correct items they were handed. Disrespecting a customer and then playing the victim card to the manager. We are the customers putting a roof over your head, food on your table and money in your pockets. Respect your community and your customers. What happened to "Healthier Happens Together"? Your employees alone can't follow a simple slogan, "bringing our heart to every moment of health". CVS's 4 pillars of service and the 4 Pillars this employee (Leah), lacks: -smiling -assuring voices -helping hands -inspiring stories This employee is a disgrace to CVS's core customer service philosophy read more

The service is horrible, the day before a major storm they decided to open 10 minutes late.

I was wandering around like a deer in headlights, in pain from a recent Doctors appointment and the manager (I think- he was in a red shirt and mustache) came right up and asked me what I was looking for. There were SO many silicone suture strips to choose from and he even stayed for a minute to help explain the differences between the two. The box I chose to purchase was the last one on display there and it looked damaged and crinkly and no others were in stock. The young woman at the front desk who checked me out was nice enough to knock 25% off of it for me! Store seems calm, well managed, very organized. I just moved here and this place has horrible service. I tried to use the cvs app to order my refill and it does not work and does not display my data at all. You cannot order with the app. I tried to order by phone and was told my order was in process. I personally went to the store and they have not even started it. The app does not work and phoning in a refill does not work. I would find another pharmacy. To add insult to injury, the app now says my order was filled and I am no longer eligible for a refill. I have yet to get my refill. This is not a city CVS Update: pharmacist tells me they do not use the CVS app. Go to Walgreens , you can use your app! read more

If I could, I would give it a zero I recognize it's COVID times but this pharmacy is the worst. They took forever to fill prescriptions before COVID and not it's impossible. I had back surgery this morning and was trying to confirm if they had my prescriptions for pain and I was on hold for over 20 minutes and then they hung up on me. Was just on hold for another 20 minutes. That should NOT be. Even if a voice came on and said I'll be right with you. But nothing. Or a recording that explains the backup with an option to leave your name and number. I will Never be going back to this CVS again. read more

I've used hunterdon regional pharmacy,Walgreens,the other CVS by home depot and Walmart. I much prefer this pharmacy to all the others combined! Firstly they are very accommodating! They treat you like a valued customer and a real person. They are quick,friendly and attentive! The hours are good! It's rarely busy so it's in and out! I've been searching for a good pharmacy for 20 years,started with reading ridge and went all around. One problem after another until EUREKA,I tried this CVS! I gave it 5 stars and I mean it! If you've tried all the rest and out dissatisfied with your current pharmacy, don't put up with it, you've tried the rest,go to the best! read more

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. if i could give ZERO stars i would. the level of incompetence the pharmacists possess is incomprehensible. they require you to have your insurance card EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU PICK UP your prescriptions because they're too lazy to put your information in their system. And will egg you on to either cause a scene or pay full price for your prescription. They refuse to contact doctors for refills. Their texting process is also atrocious. I've tried to request refills several times through their text message system and they always reply when I am out of my prescription that I need to make an appointment with my doctor because the refill was denied when I know for a fact my doctor has given me enough refills until my next dr appointment. Another part about their texting service is that they are so disorganized, MY messages about my prescriptions are going to OTHER PEOPLE WHICH VIOLATES HIPPA. this pharmacy needs to be shut down until they get an ACTUAL manager that will light a fire under their butts to actually DO THEIR JOBS. read more

We always have a good experience when picking up prescriptions whether it be through the drive-thru or in person. I was at urgent care and was prescribed an antibiotic. Within 5 minutes of leaving urgent care I received the call that my script was ready. Once I arrived (around 7pm) they were pretty busy with mountains of prescriptions, but someone acknowledged me right away and asked if I could wait a minute. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I know that a lot of customers do not like to wait, but sometimes waiting is necessary. I think that more people should be cognizant and understanding that this is a PHARMACY... if they drop what they are doing to take care of a new customer, they could be messing up someones life saving medication. Anyway, I waited maybe 2-3 minutes and was helped by a very kind young man. I do not have insurance and he went out of his way to find a coupon to apply so that I would not have to pay as much for my antibiotic. While I was there someone drove up to the drive-thru and they were seen within 2-3 minutes, but within 1 minute was acknowledged and asked to wait just as I was. My transaction was completed with everything on my side of the plexiglass and I grabbed my own receipt (they have everything set up now to diminish contact due to COVID). They also have markings on the ground so that people can comply with social distancing standards. read more

Using the phone app OneRX, showed me that CVS is the most expensive drug store around. Not sure why anyone would use this drug store. Go to Walmart or stop n shop. Much cheaper with the same drugs. read more

If I could give zero I would. I pressed the call for service button twice. When someone finally came out she seemed annoyed with it. She was giving attitude the whole experience, even though her system was the thing that had messed up. No apology. I had an email verification my photos were printed this morning and she said "she didn't know how the system worked." Blamed me for the photos not being printed even though I had confirmation. The CVS pharmacy in Flemington nj is awful sometimes I need to talk to someone about a perscription I have been on hold for 20 minutes and still no one picks ups.This has happened many times.My husband uses spireva I go to pick it up and they tell me its $230.00 I ask them how could it be so much and they say its a 3 months supply, well I never asked for a 3 months supply I only want one month at a time, they act like there annoyed and then give me one pack.He also uses a blood thinning medication I had 3 full bottles of it plus the one we already started 90 day supply finally after telling them I don't need anymore, it took three months before they stopped filling it automatically.The only reason we went to cvs is because his insurance company told him it was a preferred pharmacy.We are going back to Walgreens,never had a problem there and when you call they always answer the phone.Now I have to have his profile sent over to Walgreens.I asked for this 7 days ago and was told by the pharmacist that she would take care of it well Walgreens never received it.Dont waist your time with this pharmacy. read more

Terrible. Shorted me on my rescue meds by giving me 2 pills instead of 12. Told me over the phone they would fix it, then refused to when my husband showed up. read more
