I was traveling through from New York to Ohio on business, and had never stopped in New Jersey before. I had been traveling for 3 hours and pulled up to the gas pump. I decided to run in and go to the bathroom before coming back out to fuel. An older female woman started yelling at me like I was committing the crime of the century and I had no idea what was going on. She started aggressively yelling at me that I couldn't park there unless I was going to pump gas. I assured her I was going to get gas and that I had been on the road for 3 hours and I simply needed to urgently relieve myself. She started to escalate her tone, yelling at me more and more and getting more aggressive. I didn't understand the issue and she kept telling me I had to move unless I was pumping gas. I returned to my car and tried to initiate pumping gas, and after two to three attempts she came over and tried to rip my credit card out of my hand. I pulled the card back not knowing what in the world she was doing, and I said to her, "You are not touching my card." She then got even more angry and slammed my gas cover door shut on my car and pounded on my car. In shock, I said, "You pounded on my car!?" Then she threatened to alert the police Finally, after all this, she informed me in New Jersey you can't pump gas yourself. I remarked, "Perhaps you should check the license plate of the car before acting like a lunatic." I went in and complained to the manager. read more

I just stopped in this station and a men went to my for the service I ask him for 89, hi start putting regular on my car when I see that immediately I ask him to stop and put the gas I ask for, he was with a nasty attitude and kept putting the wrong gas, it happened to me twice in less then a month read more

Went to station at Dover Center Westlake, Ohio. The Manager Kelly told me they were hiring and to apply on line. I asked her about medical as well and she explained how it worked. Had an interview w Leaha and told her how many hours I could work a week. I also asked if I could possibly get what the other Speedway was paying down the street because it was higher than they were offering. She told me she would ask and call me that day. She never called me. The next day I called the main Manager Kelly and she was very rude in tone about the hours I wanted and the extra .50cent. I explained that I told Leaha the max hours I could work and how the other location was paying more. She then said she would check the schedule and get back to me this week about 2-3 days a week. She did not and so I called her again. She again was very rude in tone and repeated about the hours and the .50cents. I told her again I was fine with it and she was to call me about getting me on the schedule. Then she got even more nastier and said we are fine!. What a waste of my time and energy. She lied to me about everything. Also this Leaha is a big liar also. This Leaha has also lied to me about merchandise that she was going to put on the shelf for my next visit and never did!.. The other girl had to get it out of the freezer for me. What a bunch of nasty, rude people! Eff this place! Just last night I pulled in and sat for a minute answering texts waiting for attendant. I was sitting there for a bit so I get out to look for guy and HE'S JUST STANDING THERE! I say hi, are you going to pump my gas? And he looks straight at me and walks the eff away!!!!! While I'm talking! I told him real nice, and have a nice night asshole. Even if I'm dying, I'm never coming here, which kinda sucks cuz I'm at the gym nearby often. Wtf happened here, never had this happen before. read more

Finally a gas station in NJ that doesn't have perverted pump attendants! Staff is always pleasant, and never creepy. I hate that NJ has a no self pump law since most pumps are run by old perverts like the guy at the Valero across the street. I will always go here! read more

Staff is generally nice and prices are good. An improvement over the previous management.
