Today, I returned to get a Covid shot and was refused. They have the vaccine and there was nobody in line waiting. The store had fewer shoppers than employees. An officious, dark haired women made me yell my personal info across the room, including name and dob. She insisted I make an appointment for tomorrow or next week. I told her I could not come then (I'm leaving for the winter). "We don't do walk-ins," she stated flatly. wtf?

They lack resources to do this task so they never expose what products are on sale that week because they simply do not have the resources to perform this task weekly. All other CVS stores by product promote sales near the products on the shelf. It's frustrating to shop if you only buy products on sale and stock up on sale items.

And the drive-thru is a lot longer than just going inside. It also has two lanes but the second one is never manned, so avoid that one. Wait times are long but the staff works fast, it's just that there are SO many customers. If they had a way to open more registers or actually used the second drive thru lane they could be a lot quicker!

This medication does not require splitting pills; I'm supposed to be taking two full pills a day. When I called the pharmacy to explain the issue, the staff member accused me of shaking the bottle when I opened it and claimed that's what caused the pills to break. I guess that also somehow caused the quantity to be wrong as well? She then told me the missing amount would be at the pharmacy for pickup.
