Today, I returned to get a Covid shot and was refused. They have the vaccine and there was nobody in line waiting. The store had fewer shoppers than employees. An officious, dark haired women made me yell my personal info across the room, including name and dob. She insisted I make an appointment for tomorrow or next week. I told her I could not come then (I'm leaving for the winter). "We don't do walk-ins," she stated flatly. wtf?

And the drive-thru is a lot longer than just going inside. It also has two lanes but the second one is never manned, so avoid that one. Wait times are long but the staff works fast, it's just that there are SO many customers. If they had a way to open more registers or actually used the second drive thru lane they could be a lot quicker!

The quantity was wrong, and several of the pills were broken there was a half pill, a third of a pill, and even dust from the medication being crushed. This medication does not require splitting pills; I'm supposed to be taking two full pills a day. When I called the pharmacy to explain the issue, the staff member accused me of shaking the bottle when I opened it and claimed that's what caused the pills to break. I guess that also somehow caused the quantity to be wrong as well? She then told me the missing amount would be at the pharmacy for pickup. The whole interaction was very unprofessional and disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could.

A plant somewhere was forced to shut down due to 2 kids dying from the formula made there or something. Every parent went crazy, over bought like crazy. Our president then sent millions of cans of formula to the border to share with Mexico for some reason... While kids here could not eat... But I digress. We had a pickup time of 1 PM or something. We show up a few minutes early, we go shopping in the store and pickup other ods and ends that we needed. Some baked goods for my older child. All of the sudden like 1:15, Walmart calls us asking us where we were? We were in the store... This is the one and only Walmart that called us ever to see if we were picking up our order. Weird.... I can see if we ordered it and 2 weeks or something crazy later decided to pick it up, but we had 3 days from when it was delivered... Just weird... Other than that, it is just like every other Walmart, cheap and huge. They have everything that you need! All in all, a nice Walmart, crazy out of the way.
