Note that this review reflects my experience with the pharmacy department only. The several pharmacists that work there are very rude. I have been there several times to pick up prescriptions and I felt that I'm bordering them by being there every time. Specially the lady with black/gray hair! After two hours of business during the work week, you're telling me that you don't have $20 in the drawer for cash back? I'm sorry, I thought I was shopping at a Fortune 500 national pharmacy chain location (and the largest on the East Coast), and not a mom-and-pop store. Why even bother having a card machine? If most of your customers are elderly, don't the elderly prefer to pay in cash? I WILL NOT be back. CVS and Walgreens are superior for service, and now that CVS has partnered with Target, there's no point to go here. Do not shop here! read more

You cannot discuss this pharmacy without first mentioning their drive through service. For years this drive through has been not only the worst drug store drive through, but also the worst drive through in any industry. It is not uncommon to wait 15 minutes before someone shows up at the window. Even when following directly behind someone the wait time is ridiculous. Go inside, it's always faster. Count you prescription before leaving the store. I have been shorted more than once. The store itself has all the amenities of any chain drug store. Average drug store with a nice staff. read more

Horrible experience for a drive through covid test. It is not clearly marked where to go, you have to go through the pharmacy drive through which has two lanes. Apparently i had the nerve to choose the wrong one and the rude woman at the window said "What are you doing over there?! You have to be over here!" Not "hello, may I help you?" She seemed annoyed that I was there at all and then said "I need your license!" And "do you know what you're doing?" (Regarding the actual test). I said you can give me directions...I think they could be a little more pleasant and helpful considering a lot of people who go for a covid test are probably not feeling well to begin with and should not have to deal with the rudeness and bad attitude of the staff. P.S. it was not at all like the video they send you to review as far as what to expect when you make an appointment. I would not go back there again. I should have gone to the Rite Aid in Washington where they are reportedly very nice and every one I know got their results the next day. I am still waiting for my results and wouldn't be surprised if the mean lady even sent the test. read more

I'm extremely frustrated with the customer service at this Rite Aid in the pharmacy. I went in last night, 5/25 to fill a prescription (I've never been here before to do so), and I indicated that I could not have a generic for it. I was told that my script would be filled in 20 minutes and that she would call me over. Almost 40 minutes go by and I'm still sitting there waiting and I got fed up and walked up to the counter to talk to someone to see if it was ready. I stood there waiting to be helped for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. After speaking to one of the pharmacists, I was told that she would have to order my script because they did not have it in stock and to come back after 4:00 today. Since I planned on driving to Rite Aid after work tonight to pick it up, I decided to call to see if it was ready so I didn't waste the drive if it wasn't. After speaking to the girl on the phone, she tells me that my prescription isn't ready and that it "needs to be ordered" and to come in tomorrow to get it. I told her that one of the pharmacy techs told me last night that she was ordering it and that was my reasoning to come back today. Instead of apologizing, I got an "Unfortunately it wasn't done." For a prescription that I really need, I find this extremely inconvenient and unprofessional that what I was told wasn't done and I'm inconvenienced yet again. I don't plan on ever returning. read more
