The store itself is dirty and probably hasn't been vacuumed, dusted or cleaned since it opened. How is the health department allowing this place to be open!?!?!! THE RUDEST pharmacist EVER! I take heart medication three times a day and tomorrow I only have enough for my morning dose but not my noon or evening dose. They refused to fill it, knowing I can't pick it up before noon because I have to work tomorrow and I go into work before they open and I'm at work well past the time I'm due to take the medicine. So basically the pharmacist refused to run the prescription even though it was for my heart! So, I brought the prescription to another pharmacy and they told me that they didn't understand why the Wald pharmacist was saying it couldn't be filled when my insurance actually would have filled it 2 days ago. Again no help. When I called Rite Aid in Somerville, Jennifer the Pharmcist was very nice and she ordered the walker for me. When I went to the store to pick it up, Nicole brought it out and proceeded to assemble it. She had it done in no time;but it would have taken me at least an hour or more. Two very kind, very patient ladies. Thank you so much! I think some people should realize that we are all having a tough time due to covid and should try a little patience an kindness too. Also both the front staff, pharmacist & the front cashier were just extremely genuine & friendly. I was congratulated and greeted on my way in & out. Was not expecting to leave with a smile coming from another errand! Also also, this one didn't spit out a mile long receipt like most others do, so plus one for being somewhat more green friendly.

The old staff was amazing and I would have rated this a 5 star pharmacy. When they reopened, it was with an entire new staff and the prices doubled. On 2 occasions I need something quickly and night them out of necessity. Today I bought Musinex D and paid $36.99. I checked at a Walmart a few blocks set and their price is $27.99. A couple weeks ago I paid $26.99 for NyQuil/DayQuil, a local Walgreens's was $16.99. I will never go back to this CVS, because I also went a couple times for medication and they don't have what I need in stock, so I had to wait.
