This has been a year that the very, very majority of those alive have never experienced. It's been…read morefelt not only in the USA & Globally at large. Many folks say we're all in this together. We are with fighting a pandemic of a lifetime, yes, we are all in it, while we're all in different ships. On top of the pandemic, there've been raging forest fires, & a multitude of other weather-related tragedies & more casualties. It's been heartbreaking for me to see, & experience. I look at the multitude of folks to be so devastated. What hasn't changed, is my decision to use Easy Pharmacy & Surgicals. If anything it's become a feeling of pure delight. It's somewhere I feel totally safe entering the store or receiving something delivered at a time with the strongly suggested guidelines of the CDC in order to protect this virus from spreading. The icing on the cake for me was receiving a flu shot yesterday. I say this because I wasn't planning on going directly home where I could ice my arm to reduce the soreness I always get. I'm head over heals over for once, I didn't get a sore arm. Granted a sore arm is small potatoes in the scheme of things, at the same time, it isn't something I enjoy. Which is counter-intuitive to why one would get a flu shot, in hopes of not getting the flu & be able to enjoy your health. So... if you haven't gotten your flu shot? I strongly recommend you stop in here for yours. It's been painful to see the small business closures, while the big corporations continue to thrive. It's my fervent wish... if you are reading this, please think about supporting what's known as the American Dream, while Corporate America isn't near the extent of closing its doors. If anything, the better majority of them are thriving to the extent that pre-Corona-19, they were making it difficult as it was for small businesses to make ends meet. Small business was here supporting our communities before these big box stores. Easy Pharmacy feels like home to me. In hindsight. I knew I'd left a review when I started here. What I didn't remember what I said, or when, until today when I reread it. We're in October & it was from October of last year, as well as congruent to this review. A Surgical Supple store nearby in Manville said he didn't have a license. When I called a cvs store I was on hold for 10 mins. Went to the store and the Pharmacist was very rude and impatient. Again no help. When I called Rite Aid in Somerville, Jennifer the Pharmcist was very nice and she ordered the walker for me. When I went to the store to pick it up, Nicole brought it out and proceeded to assemble it. She had it done in no time;but it would have taken me at least an hour or more. Two very kind, very patient ladies. Thank you so much! I think some people should realize that we are all having a tough time due to covid and should try a little patience an kindness too. Tried a different CVS for flu shot, but they had mercury preservatives which is no bueno for pregnant women, so I was referred to here. Manville one is all prefilled so no issues here. Also both the front staff, pharmacist & the front cashier were just extremely genuine & friendly. I was congratulated and greeted on my way in & out. Was not expecting to leave with a smile coming from another errand! Also also, this one didn't spit out a mile long receipt like most others do, so plus one for being somewhat more green friendly.

The old staff was amazing and I would have rated this a 5 star pharmacy. When they reopened, it was with an entire new staff and the prices doubled. On 2 occasions I need something quickly and night them out of necessity. Today I bought Musinex D and paid $36.99. I checked at a Walmart a few blocks set and their price is $27.99. A couple weeks ago I paid $26.99 for NyQuil/DayQuil, a local Walgreens's was $16.99. I will never go back to this CVS, because I also went a couple times for medication and they don't have what I need in stock, so I had to wait.
