When complaints from members of the community were lodged with the NJ Board of Pharmacy regarding Frank's sign indicating that COVID vaccines other than the Novavax vaccine he offered were deadly, Frank responded to Board of Pharamacy requests for response with gems like: "as you can tell, i am a boisterous conservative republican and they are liberal democrats" and "we fill 200-280 rxs a day, so obviously we are a pillar of the community. the dems do not come to me, the republicans do, that simple" and "Monique you received my complaint, I will not respond to each and every complaint, so you are telling me that if these assholes have 300 people write in, I have to reply 300 times??? No way" The Executive Director of the Board of Pharmacy had to respond to Frank to remind him to be curteous and professional. I recently submitted a prescription to this pharmacy because my medication was out of stock everywhere else, and I was told when I sent in the prescription, that they had the medication available for me. Then when my insurance authorized the prescription fill a couple of days later- on a Saturday, I was told by the pharmacy that they no longer had my medication in stock. I had to call them to get this information because they were simply keeping my prescription on hold. This is very upsetting because I had to call multiple smaller pharmacies all around the area trying to find my medication, and now it's a Saturday. My doctor is not available and I can't get anybody to change my prescription until at least Monday. I asked for an apology from the staff, and was not given one, and was dismissed as if I could actually contact my doctor and change my prescription on a Saturday. I've used this pharmacy before and was happy with their service, but this changes my mind completely. Be sure to confirm that they have your medication- when you need it, because it may not be there when you do. read more

They believe in personalized attention and on building life long customers. Years ago we used them for our reveal party needs. The manager is a completely inconsiderate person. Has made several people uncomfortable and not welcomed. They are very open about their political beliefs that make many potential customers stay away. Also when confronted about the issue, they were condescending and assumed that because of their age, the customer knew less. Do not go here. Really great independent pharmacy. The cashier area at the front of the store is cozy with room for more than 6 adults so there is absolutely no way someone could enter store and not be greeted for 40 minutes as someone recently claimed. (They have since removed their review). If you like small family owned business that hire local kids and delivers personal service and care in a beautiful town this is the place for you. read more

I'm at home on bedrest and really needed some medicine OTC. I had no one available to pick it up for me, so I googled locally owned pharmacies. The person who picked up the phone was very helpful and I had to only pay a minimal fee for delivery and I could pay with my CC. Awesome service. Will definately be using them again. read more

I always felt comfortable with getting my presctiptIons filled there from the time my children were infants to now teens. When my daughter was 6 years old, she had her ears pierced. I took my 6 month old daughter there to get her ears pierced as it was local and many friends have taken their daughters of all ages there and had a decent experience. I have a 7 year old daughter who also had her ears pierced at 6 months of age so I am not unfamiliar with the process. I prepared for the appointment by applying a prescription lidocaine to her ears as per the doctor. After placing the marks on her ears, the 2 girls got ready to pierce her ears at the same time. I was holding my daughter on my lap and a friend who just happened to be there with her daughter, held my daughters head against my chest so that she wouldn't move. Neither of the girls got the earring on the mark and the one earring wasn't even close! They had a very blaise attitude about it and only told me I could come back to have it re-pierced. So I made the appointment to come back a few days later. I was called a day later to say I had to wait a whole week and made that appointment. On the day of the appointment a week later, I called in the morning to confirm and to ask about the day, I knew I wasn't going to be repaying for their mistake, but I also asked for some sort of refund and was willing to pay for the earring at least. The girl was making excuses and then told me she didn't feel comfortable piercing her ear. I just told her to make sure she got it on the mark this time. A little while later the manager called and told me not to bring my daughter in and that no one would pierce her ear. What a joke! I chose to take my business else where and will NEVER tell anyone to go there for ear piercing. If you are going to offer ear piercing for ages 6 months and up- then you should be better prepared to do so. read more
