After continuously asking to look at the camera, that female then said 'and when I see you take the lighter we will call the police' to that I responded 'when's it's proven that she's innocent, I want your full name to issue a formal complaint to corporate'. The female then rolled her eyes and said something in her language. When I asked the male associate to review the camera and zoom in, it was found that the woman was wrong. I immediately pressed for the female cashier's name to issue to corporate and she refused the entire time. That female repeatedly urged that if we did not leave she would call the police. Only for my cousins sake, we left. The woman working over night at the 7/11 severely needs retraining in interpersonal relations/customer service training. Generally I'm in there buying scratch tickets and vapes for my wife. Man do we sound like trash. Which we're not. I mean vapes are gross. I get that. She's tried to quit. It's not easy. It's an addiction. And I'm buying scratch tickets because I'm thinking if I'm going to 7-11 to get vapes, which I hate, what's in it for me? So I buy a scratch ticket. That's always fun. And the guys will always wish you good luck when you buy it. And not in a perfunctory way. Like they really mean it. Now I don't win. Nobody wins. Scratch tickets are for suckers. That isn't their fault. One time I won $3. That was a good day. Oh and they have a wide variety of snacks. And beverages. If you've never been in one. I'm sure some people have not. Next time I go I will take more pictures. They also have hot food. I don't see myself eating hot food from 7-11. Even if I'm buying scratch tickets and vapes. Oh, and fireworks! Lots of fireworks which is probably seasonal. Sometimes when I go in to buy vapes the guy will pretend I look too young to buy them. I am in my fifties! I don't look too young! Oh how we laugh. Ignore those old reviews. This 7-11 is terrific.
