I bought a Rivian R1T to start a small business, but a month into it, I got rear-ended by an 18-wheeler, which left my truck with a destroyed bumper, towing chassis, and rear quarter panels on both sides. I spent weeks visiting various shops, trying to find someone who could handle the repairs and add a few custom mods. I even got estimates from Rivian-certified shops, but they suggested I declare the truck a total loss, which was not an option for me. After weeks of searching, I turned to Perplexity, an AI assistant, for help, and it recommended Fl3xin Autoworx. I reached out to one of the owners, Freddy, through Yelp, and he responded within five minutes. We discussed what I wanted, and he asked me to bring the truck in for an assessment. Freddy was upfront and honest; he even pointed out that the replacement quarter panels I bought weren't necessary because he was confident they could smooth out the existing ones--something not many body shops would suggest. I've had cars wrapped at shops in Jersey, Long Island, and Queens, and the wraps always started to peel within a few months. It's been two months since Freddy and his team wrapped my truck, and there isn't a single sign of distortion. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I cannot recommend Fl3xin Autoworx enough.
