She told me to calm down, like what I asked was rude, and I was out of line. She told the cook to "drop some more fries for him" rolling her eyes. I then asked for a refund and was treated like a bag of garbage. My friends and family will not be back for a good while based on this experience and lack of any compassion for an obvious mistake made by them. A simple apology would went a long way especially after a $53 bill for wings and fries, cooked separately like its normal.
